Thank you for consistently keeping our pool clean so my family can stay cool during the hot Az summer! Our pool tech goes above and beyond to keep our pool safe and clean every week with our fail.

I do not know what happened to my review on their website, but I will try to convey what my message said. We have been dealing with one of E-Konomy Pools competitors for over a month. Over $600.00 later they still couldn't fix our pool problems. I called E-Konomy Pool and spoke with Mark O. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about my pool system and the problem I was having. To make a long story short, Mark diagnosed the problem, researched their inventory to insure they had the recommended parts ($100.00), I needed to correct the problem. I picked the parts up and in less than an hour, our pool was and is up and running like it is brand new. We can never THANK Mark O enough for his kindness and expertise. Kudos to Mark and we hope that his knowledgeable and friendly demeanor will be instilled in some of his co-workers. You ROCK, Mark.

We live in Show Low AZ and had to come to Tucson to get the part we needed, E-Konomy was the only place that had the part! Great service and a wide variety of parts, can't beat them for great service!

Recently the packrats got into our hot-tub and destroyed all the wiring. Ekonomy got us the right parts [at the right price] and our tub is up and running well again. Many thanks to Kristina, Scott, Tommy and John. Ekonomy Pools is simply the best.

Went in to the Speedway location on the 11th to look at spas and encountered Mike when we went inside. Told him we were just looking and he promptly decided we werent worth his time and walked off. When I asked some questions to another employee he said he did not know and got Mike back to "help" us. Once he realized we would buy he suddenly became interested in helping us. We agreed on a spa that we liked and decided on colors and promptly purchased it in full. He asked about the patio set-up and I told him that I would build and wire for this tub and get back to him. He said "no problem, we are flexible and can get it to you pretty much anytime we will call to check next week". Fast forward one week and I have still not heard from them so I call and get the runaround about a site check. We scheduled the site check for the 21st and ended our conversation. In between all of this I look on the website for dimensions and run across a "pick two" promotion from the manufacturer where you purchase a spa and get to choose some free accessories. I was not offered this nor was it mentioned so I called Mike and he informed me that he doesnt offer things that they feel customers wouldnt like or things they might have to service. I told him that I dont believe that is for him to decide and he promptly offered me a free cover lifter (which is part of the promotion). After the delivery guy came down for the site check he informed me that it would be 2 weeks to deliver the spa which I was not happy about so I offered to pick it up with my trailer from their showroom. He told me it would take about 3 to 5 days to have it ready for pick-up which did not add up to me so I called my salesman back to ask and instead got another gentleman who promptly told me he would refund my money. I told him that I did not ask for a refund and would just like to get the product that I picked out and paid for. He said he could not help me and that Mike would call the next day. Mike called the next day and told me that he refunded my money and that he couldnt make all customers happy and offered no explanation as to why I could not pick up my hot tub since it was not able to be delivered. Each employee offered up a different explanation each time I made contact and never anything valid, basically just making it the other guys fault. I let Mike know I would just leave a negative review and he actually threatened to call the police on me. Save your money and visit some of the more reputable spa dealers in town. Spoke with Sean at Scenic Pools and Spas and he was very helpful. Bought a spa from him and will have it set-up next week.

Great Service and delivery. The only con was that their selection of spas were a little slim, but was able to find what I needed.

Anyone who loves the water would enjoy a visit here to check out the jacuzzis. Otherwise offers pool supplies and knowledgeable staff.

Friendly and professional service. My mother called to have our filter looked and the man didn't try to sell her anything, nor did he try to jip her. Leslie's has NOTHING on this company. Good on y'all.

Clay was the definition of top notch customer service.sold us on a new dolphin Echo and we are unbelievably happy. Went in with a problem, walked out with it solved. My pool is crystal clear because of our new robot cleaner. An awesome store with knowledgeable folks. Thanks again clay!

Everyone knows the answers to questions. Reliable, honest with repairs and their pool products are top notch with good pricing.

I can't recommend Steve and his team at E-Konomy enough. Their rates are competitive and the service is outstanding. I was using another service here in town and being consistently let down. Steve personally came to my house and showed me why I was having issues and even worked on my pool equipment while he was quoting me. Switching to them was a no brainer! GREAT COMPANY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
