The buying process, building process, home and neighborhood are 5 stars. However after you move in they make you deal with a different inexperienced superintendent that can't get repairs done in a timely manner at all. Since moving in we've had 4 or 5 and only 2 did a good job. I think the others were fired. I have heard this is typical for pretty much all large builders. It was worth it though. We love our house.
