New whirlpool refrigerator wasn’t cooling or freezing. Called Whirlpool mid April and they scheduled a repair on May 1with Eagle Appliance. The refrigerator was barely cooling and freezing. Called Eagle 1 directly on April 18 and they were here on April 21. Repairs completed. Factory assembly error. Was impressed Charles and the owner. Cleaned up and were very customer focused. Will use again should there be appliance issues.

The icemaker was not working on our refrigerator. Our service tech, Jeff, quickly found the problem and returned when the parts were located. He was extremely thorough, courteous, and professional. We will never use anyone else for our appliance repair.

My freezer was making a loud revving noise and items started to melt. Home Depot set me up an appointment with Eagle One appliance and Charles was my technician. Charles came in and was able to identify the problem in under a minute. He retrieved the proper tools from his vehicle, and washed his hands before working on the freezer components to help prevent contamination. He fixed the root problem and removed the majority of the icicle build up. Great service, attitude, and professionalism. I would definitely use Eagle One Appliance Repair again.

Charles was very knowledgeable about our Kitchenaid appliances. Both our microwave and refrigerator went out in the same week and they had it up and running the next day. Thank you!

Charles was on time, and found the problem with my new dishwasher quickly. He has a good sense of humor and made the service call pleasant. He took time to follow up and make sure the problem was solved.

Very pleased with the service from Kyle at Eagle One Appliance. He was on time, in fact early even better, he knew exactly what was wrong with our machine. He had the parts, fixed the problem, gave me some valuable pointers on how to effectively use my machine and was on his way. Excellent!

Overall I was very pleased with the service I received from Eagle One.
Understandably, they are very busy like practically every other appliance repair, so I did have to leave a message usually when I would call. They always got back to me within a day and often within an hour or two.
The office staff was excellent to work with, especially David. They were all courteous and they took care of some of the contact that was needed with whirlpool in order to get my appointment arranged and called me back when they said they would.
I had to have two visits to get my dishwasher repaired. Unfortunately the first technician for some reason was unable to find the problem. Based on what I know about the visit, it seems like he did not do a thorough diagnostic. The second technician was very thorough and was able to find a damaged seal which he replaced. That seems to have taken care of the problem.
Because of the missed diagnosis on the first visit, I could easily give Eagle one four stars for their rating and review, but the rest of my experience with them was so good that I believe five stars is still in order. Unlike what some other companies might do, they did not give me the run around regarding the misdiagnosis on the first visit, and they were prompt to reschedule the second technician to come out. I definitely recommend Eagle One at the very least, for warranty service

They've helped me tremendously while fighting with our home warranty company. Everyone I've talked to has been wonderful and I couldn't ever say enough our tech, Charles. He's a great guy and has went above and beyond in every way.

In this day and age of supply chain and staffing issues I have been completely satisfied with my dealings with eagle repair. Jeff my technician was awesome and it may take them 24 hours but they do get back. I would recommend this business to anyone

Appointment went exactly as described when scheduled. Kyle arrived with parts on the truck. Diagnosed, obtained warranty authorization, and performed repairs in extremely professional and timely manner. Having to work on a unit inside a motorhome didn't phase him in the least. Very positive experience. Would highly recommend Eagle One!

0 STARS! Absolutely horrible business I don’t know how they’re still in business! I was forced to use them for the warranty on my whirlpool appliance. Was told they ordered 2 parts in case it wasn’t the first issue they thought it was back in June. Never called me back when it was in stock to schedule the repair and had to call myself to schedule it mid to late October! Came to my house with only 1 part and ended up breaking my oven even more so now it’s totally unusable! With the holidays approaching this was absolutely horrible timing and has made my life much more difficult due to their poor technician! My stove doesn’t even work now because he broke it! My oven was the original issue and now it’s the entire unit! Called back to get a timeline on when the other part would get in that they were supposed to have already from June and was told it would be in second week of November and that they’d be by the end of the week to fix it. Never called or came to fix the issue they broke! Called and emailed multiple times with multiple voicemails left and 0 response for several days/weeks in a row! Whirlpool was useless as well since this was the only company they contracted to in the area and they’d call and leave multiple voicemails and get nowhere! Whirlpool finally gave up with them and are moving in a different direction to fix my oven. Absolutely would NOT use or recommend this company to anybody! HORRIBLE customer service as I see someone below had the same issue so this is not the first time something like this has happened and it happened so close together! If you are forced to use them with whirlpool I highly suggest forcing them to not use them due to poor service! Whirlpool claims they filed a complaint against them so hopefully they did so you aren’t forced to use them like I unfortunately was!

TERRIBLE service! In fact, no service at all. They did not show up or even call for the 1st appointment Sept 27 (8am-4pm). I called around noon to check on my appointment and was told the service tech would call me 20 min before they would arrive. No call, period. I waited around all day for a service appointment that they neglected to provide.so I rescheduled the appointment and asked if they would narrow the window. They did. New appointment a few days later (Oct 5) was between 1-4pm. By 2pm, no call/visit. So I called again to get an update because I had to leave by 4pm. Again, nobody called and nobody showed up. I called back the next day to try to reschedule the appointment. Too many opportunities, I agree. I left a vm, no return call. So I called again 2 days later and left another vm. No return call. So I called one more time and left yet another vm. Again, no return call. How are these people in business. This is the very definition of How to run yourself out of business. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Stay away from this company. You will just waste your time. I wish I could give them a zero star rating. And by the way, no real person ever answered their office phone number. I always had to leave a message. They claimed to be "very busy". HAAAA! What a joke.

Eagle One Appliance Repair has worked with us through a warranty repair for a Whirlpool appliance. They have been very responsive and helped to escalate the matter despite Whirlpool's reluctance to be helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the technician or their customer service team. I would recommend them to friends and family for appliance repair.

There is a VERY apparent difference between someone who does a job and a technician who is a master of their trade. Kyle is that master technician. Not only did he figure out what the issue was just by looking at a set of ice cubes, he also answered about 30 other questions I had. I'm blown away and feel extremely blessed to have been assigned Kyle for my job. Thanks Eagle One! You folks are awesome!

Brand new washer from Home Depot, clicked from first time we used it. The service man from Eagle One knew the issue, brought parts WITH him. Same day fix. Was on time and so quick. Very knowledgeable! We will call here If we need after care for appliances again.

I live in Payson and have used this company 2 times. Kyle comes to Payson on Wednesdays. He is always at my house when he says he will be. I have a very temperamental new Maytag that sometimes spins, sometimes doesn’t. Kyle is wonderful and goes way above the call of duty in taking care of it. Thank you Eagle One and Kyle!
