Dr Feng is arrogant and condescending. I went to him for a second opinion after being told I would benefit from a partial knee replacement. Dr Feng said “well, can you walk? ” He minimized my complaints of chronic knee pain for over 20 years due to severe OA of my kneecap. His recommendation was basically to “deal with it” and he didn’t offer other options. Thankfully I am educated about my options and I knew which questions to ask. However I would not be selecting Dr Feng to do my surgery if I were to opt for knee replacement. He called me “sweetie” at the end of the appointment which felt condescending.

Very Professional and knowledgeable and right in point with the diagnosis. I feel very confident in having Dr Feng assisting me with my issue.

Ortho Arizona Orthopedic is amazing. I have had issues with my right knee for months. I decided I should see a professional as I am 73 years old. I called and received an appointment within 2 weeks that worked with my schedule. I went to see Dr. Feng yesterday. His office staff was excellent from check in to ex-rays. From a short waiting time to being seen by Dr. Feng. The ex-ray shows I have arthritis with inflammation and swelling. I received a cortisone shot. I have heard how much shots in the knee hurt but I figured it wouldn’t hurt as my constant pain and Mobility issues. The shot DID NOT HURT any more than any other shot. I was braced and he announced “it’s done”. Today I am feeling better than I have in months. Thank you Dr. Feng
I also had major foot surgery 4 years ago. Dr Haden did my surgery. I was back to work in 11 weeks and extremely happy.

I really enjoyed being able to do paperwork before coming to the appointment. Staff was very helpful and understanding. Dr Feng, very good listener. Communicated results very well. Very gentle with shots. I will come back to see him if need be, but hopefully there’ll not be a need.

This provider is a waste of time and money. Didn't care about my concerns with my left leg. Repeated back to me exactly what I told him. I walked out of there with no other information, help or advice. Now I have to find another provider that is willing to do their job. What's the point of being a "doctor" if you're not trying to help anyone. Just hurt and confused after my appointment

Dr. Feng came highly recommended by my PCP's NP, who knows him personally. Dr. Feng took the time to understand me and answer all my questions, because I was anxious about alot of things. The staff I've talked to on the phone and at two locations, were extremely kind and helpful. The preop information they gave me, explained what I needed to do to prepare for my total knee replacement next month, including their online videotape & preop exercises I can do at home.

Skilled surgeon, always upbeat and really exudes confidence. Really a pleasure to have my knee replacement in his hands.

Today, Monday, I was supposed to have knee replacement surgery but as I write this, no one from Dr. Fang's office has had the courtesy to explain why my insurance company denied coverage at 12: 40 Sunday afternoon. Seems someone from his office only contacted them last Friday with a STAT request for an inpatient surgery when Medicare considers this outpatient and this was scheduled with me six weeks ago. It was also reconfirmed on the 7th and on Friday when my surgery time was changed. I've been off of supplements (Calcium and D for osteoporosis for two weeks now and on Prolia that is NOT a good idea). I think the Dr.is still in his Monday surgery schedule, but his staff sure isn't doing their job.

I love the office and Dr Fang and Carly. I was asked who did my knee replacement. I gave them Dr. Fang card. They said that they only go to places that someone has had a good experience.

Friendly and professional office. Dr. Feng listened and treated me the same day for my problem. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Feng seemed rushed, fired questions, looked at X-rays and said patella tendinitis and take Advil and Aleve. My knee has been swollen and painful for over a month after RICE, limited activity and Advil. He didn’t offer any solutions for the problem and seemed to want to just move on. Oh, I could get an MRI just in case. It would have been nice if expectations were discussed on timeline to heal or options if pain continues but I guess that’s what Google and WebMD are for. His PA and X-ray tech were great.

Dr. Earl Feng is a great and excellent surgeon. I had double knee replacement done by him a year ago (January 29,2020) and I am very pleased with his work on me. I thank God that He put him in my path and I have been able to walk with ease again. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Feng was very thorough and explained everything about my issue and the best possible cure for me as I'm 65.

I saw this doctor twice for a swollen knee and pain in the knee. X-RAYs were taken and the doctor recommended cortisone injection into the knee due to arthritis in the knee.
After about 4 weeks, I returned to the doctor and he gave me another cortisone injection because I could barely walk.

I received no relief from the pain, so I got another opinion from another doctor in a different medical group. On the first visit, I received an X-ray and was scheduled for an MRI on the evening of my first visit. Two days later from the MRI I wascheduled for a follow up appointment to discuss the results of the MRI.

The new doctor removed two large vials of fluid from my knee and prescribed a steroid for inflammation. Additional, I was told that I had damaged tissue that could not be repaired. A knee replacement is recommended in the near future once the cortisone leaves my knee cap area.

I would not recommend Dr. Fang and am now completely comfortable with my new doctor.

The whole staff and Dr Feng are amazing with prompt, kind, friendly care. My hip replacement 2 1/2 months ago went very smoothly with attention to detail by every member of Dr Feng's team. They continued with their post-operative care with the same concern and understanding. I would recommend Dr Feng very highly.

Seems like Dr. Feng is one of these doctors that are tired of their job, not taking their patients seriously and have no compassion and understanding any more. I dont think this Dr remembers that it might be an every day boring case for him, but for the patient its, obviously, affecting their life if they came to see him.

Dr. Feng and the staff of Ortho Arizona were very professional, made me feel welcomed & valued every step along the way, and I felt comfortable with the staffs' explanations of the various available options/procedures. Dr. Feng was timely, personable, took the time to thoroughly understand my history and current symptoms bringing me to his office. He outline options for my best treatment, future considerations, and agreed with the treatment I decided upon after he made certain I understood the details. Excellent experience today with Dr. Feng and the Ortho staff. Thank You!
