My initial experience in regards to Earnhardt's service department was a bit frustrating. I chalk it up to miscommunication and a busy holiday season more than anything. In the end I experienced nothing but excellent communication from Earnhardt's in general but specifically from Sean. They went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. The support representatives are very knowledgeable about each one of their cars that they represent and the appointments are very easy to get in. The representative Rosemary Serna has always helped us and explained to us What the nature of our car visit is and what the price would approximately be. She always goes over all the paperwork and explain to us exactly what the mechanics did on our Chrysler 20 16 200 S. Thank you

This was probably one of the best experiences I've had buying a car.

I initially spoke with Justin over email about the car I was interested in. He was patient, dealing with my questions over an extensive back-and-forth via email, staying with me until I was finally able to make the drive to the dealership. True to his word, when I got there, the car was there waiting for me (I drove from California, so there was some worry about that) and there were no unpleasant surprises waiting for me.

I worked with Butch and Tawny (The Car Couple) and they were fantastic! Butch was knowledgable and enthusiastic, fielding all my questions with exactly the right amount of detail. Our negotiation was straight-forward and no-nonsense, and he was responsive to my suggestions - the price he quoted was actually better than the one I'd given in email from Justin.

Tawny knew her business and was super helpful getting everything straightened out once all the paperwork was done when we were tying off final details with my trade in (even going out of her way to find missing floor mats and drop them into the car, all while maintaining friendly conversation).

The finance guy I worked with was direct and didn't waste my time trying to renegotiate the deal or upsell me on a bunch of after-market junk I didn't need.

Earnhardt CDJR lived up to its motto - "no bull", and afterward the company reached out to make sure that everything had worked out to my satisfaction.
