I have visited most of the dealers in the valley, but this is the best. Had great experience in buying the vehicle, it was my pleasure working with the Thomas Daniels he was very friendly and accommodating.

I do not recommend. I was quoted a “out the door” price by email for a certain car and if I wanted something lower to come in. After going in, Balmen Ovalles, stated that the representative, Joel Langer, misquoted me and that Earnhardt couldn’t help me. A huge chunk of my time before the holidays had been wasted.

Online appointment was made everything went really smoothly. Will definitely be taking all my service needs here.

Called to get a quote to buy new CRV EX-L before driving 2 hours one way. The price was quoted a few thousand more than I was quoted where I live. The gentleman I spoke with was Elmore Morris, the next day he called asking about coming to buy the car, after stating I told you yesterday I had a better offer he went off on me raising his voice that I am a dishonest person, he repeated this comment multiple times while raising his voice throughout the conversation. I have contacted the dealership and notified Kelly (?). I would not do business with this dealership in the future.

I was very satisfied with my visit. I got a new car with the help of Jose Mello. I dont really know how getting a car works but he really helped me feel confident in my purchase and steered me in the right direction.
