7My first adviser was incompetent and not concerned. Last time I went there, Adam took care of me. Adam is new at this dealership but he did an impeccable job. Friendly, efficient he took care of some major problems put me in a rental car. All of that in a short period of time. This credit goes only to Adam and not the service director.
Hit or miss. Mostly due to the fact that anytime I need something done parts need to be ordered. Staff is friendly and attentive
Conflicting information when I called, then stopped. Discovered I was lied to. Conversation straightened out. But my car is still unsafe.
In for a service, no complaints, everything smooth and gourmet coffee in the lounge.
My daughters car needed a new engine from the recall and they gave her a loaner, the car was fixed in two weeks, even though it was on back order.

I have never had a more easy and seamless service experience for my car. I will only be bringing it for service at this Hyundai.
I was able to pull up to the service area and check in my car quickly. Cody (or Cory, I can’t specifically remember his name) was very friendly and helpful when checking my car in. Originally I had only scheduled an oil change and tire rotation but he was able to identify a couple of nails in my tire and after checking what they had in stock they were able to replace it.
My entire service took about an hour and a half which wasn’t too bad considering the last second tire replacement. Also, their waiting area was quiet and comfortable.
Every employee I came in contact with was polite, courteous and very helpful.
I will add that the woman I scheduled my appt with gave me some wrong information about my cars warranty but the attendant I checked my car in with was able to clarify it for me.
Overall, it was such an easy process and I won’t be taking my car to any other dealership.
