I left the original one star review immediately after I did not have my issue resolved to my satisfaction. However, within an hour, the dealership contacted me and resolved my issue that day. I felt it was only right to edit my one star rating to a five star rating. You very rarely get service like this from any business, let alone a car dealership. Earnhardt earned my respect…and my future business.

This is the best place to buy a car and get your car serviced. They make it easy and, yes, even fun, to be a customer.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Earnhardt Lexus, the deal was very fair and I was treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. Specifically, the outstanding customer service I experienced from my salesman, Suk Chang, he in particular will be the primary reason I refer many people I know to go directly to Earnhardt Lexus.

Suk, absolutely deserves a raise, I am difficult to satisfy in a car deal, his patience and ability to accommodate all my requests was second to none and to be commended. His follow up customer satisfaction also needs to be mentioned. I had several questions, he was exceptionally knowledgeable and prompt with responding to all of them.

I tend to be rather distrustful of car dealerships, but my experience with Earnhardt Lexus changed my perspective. They were fair and reasonable every step of the way, and when we had a small issue, they completely took care of it. All of the staff are responsive and friendly and they provided us with the best service we have had from any car dealership in Arizona. They took amazing care of us, and we can’t imagine buying from any other dealership but them in the future.
