It is so unusual nowadays to truly receive outstanding personalized service. Most of the time it takes an hour through a phone berage of endless numbers just to get to a virtual computer voice who never is able to help. Venessa could always be reached with a minimum effort and from the beginning was KNOWLAGABLE and efficient with handling my service concerns. I could tell right away that she not only understood what I was trying to convey but actually seemed to know about what it would take to fix it right. I appreciated that! Beond that until my truck was finished being serviced she put me in a 2018 Tacoma like the one I have. After a day in the new one it reminded me that I should probably have my brakes done so I called her to ask if that could be done while the truck was there. She indicated that from a review of the service records I shouldn’t need brakes yet (another trust rated moment filed away in my memory) after a test drive the tech felt I needed the rotors turned did so under warranty and I can’t tell you the difference it made! If this is how Earnhardt Toyota trains there service personnel to interact with there customers I want to be a part of it. Thank you Venessa 5 stars to you!

This is now my second Toyota purchase from Earnhardt. Each experience has been awesome and they've worked with me both times, on trade value and meeting my payment needs. I will be returning and referring people here in the future.

Had a tire rotation and 50 point inspection routine service, one problem - tires were inflated to 40 PSI, not the 33 psi specified in the owner's manual and the plaque inside the driver's door frame. A little over is usual, one or two pounds over, but NOT 7 pounds - will cause bad tire wear, car won't handle safely and may hydroplane on wet roads! SUV had a very hard ride home so checked the pressures, 40 PSI on all four tires. First time this ever happened, hope it does't again. Still like coming here, fast, courteous and friendly service, and great waiting area.

I work with Shane when I have any problems with my Corolla. I know when he handles the things I need done, it will be done post haste.
My experience with Toyota in general is always 1st class. I cannot thank you enough.

Didn't bother to tell me there would be a 4 hour wait when I set the appointment so was stranded. What was the reason for an appointment then? How long is the wait without one? Offered me a car but turned out to be a rental and I was responsible for it and the gas. Didn't impress me much. Won't go back.

I drive for a ride share company, and I showed up around 8 a.m. With no appointment, needing a routine maintenance. I was quickly and easily accommodated and on my way in less than an hour.

Earnhardt Toyota has taken care of me since day one! They will ALWAYS do their best to earn your satisfaction. Their customer service is on point. They will fix issues and try their best to do it under warranty so you don't pay out of pocket.

Staff were friendly and the parts department was great, they had the part I needed. Every where else had to order it.

The sevice was excellent. But the car wash wasn't. But since it is complementary probably I shouldn't leave a 4 star. So I am changing it to 5 star.

The best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had, no pressure and I felt like I was being dealt with honesty and truthfulness.
