This company is awesome and they've definitely impressed me. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and they helped me solve a problem that nobody else in the city could.

Don't waste your time. Website says they close at 2 on Saturdays so does the door. Drive up at 1: 20 pm they turned the open light off as we drove up and door was locked.

Best showroom in Arizona. Has over 50 active burn displays of fireplaces, about a dozen grills, and many other fire feature components available.

Great family owned fireplace and grill store. Friendly employees with great knowledge and recommendations. No pressure. If you're considering a fireplace, replacement, or grill, Earth Energy is definitely recommended for your short list.

My home FP was installed by EEH&P and the electric remote never worked but after I had them rip it all out it's been great. So like a fool I used them to rework a firepit for me. Being unable to walk or drive post orthopaedic surgery I couldn't get to their store and ordered over the phone with Hallie. Never told items were special order or would have a restock fee. The stones delivered were too small so I refused them. I was recommended another stone and asked for a picture. Never received. My complaint is that while I called repeatedly to see what was going on, my calls went unreturned. Now I call again only to find out there's a $99 fee to not take the stones they delivered and they claim I never followed up so they closed my order. Being a realist I'm done with them. During a pandemic when sales are slow and I'm spending $1,000 I'd think someone in mgmt might've considered saving the sale by reaching out to me. Just a thought!

I had my new fireplace insert installed today & am thrilled with the results! It is a vast improvement over the previous insert & will be very energy efficient! I worked with Brian and from the moment I walked into the store had an excellent experience! Brian listened to what I was looking to do and gave me the all of the options. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The measurements were taken accurately so the new insert is a perfect fit! The installation was completed efficiently and everything was cleaned up upon completion. I highly recommend Earth Energy’s Hearth & Patio!

Have just bought a Napoleon barbecue from them they have been very helpful so I am waiting for the barbecue to arrive and be assembled. So far so good time will tell more

Earth Energy is probably the most customer-service, trustworthy retailer that I've ever made a purchase from. (Yes, really!) I purchased a BBQ and doors from them. As part of my decision process, I spoke with 3 different sales people. Each gave me honest recommendations and answers to my questions. They didn't try to push me to the most expensive option, but rather the best value for my needs. We had a couple of issues with the product and product delivery, but when I called the store, everything was addressed rapidly and to more than my satisfaction. I highly recommend this family-owned, local business.
