I've made multiple small purchases here, while taking out of towners to the nearby tourist shops. Earthbound has a discount section in the rear. Best find was a $1 bin of stones. Customer service has always been stellar. Just an overall diamond in the ruff for the old town Scottsdale tourist strip. I intend to have more family visits coming. Earthbound do me a solid & stay put. You are my safe place.

Rant: After being starred at by employees and/or owners at neighboring shops/stores, Earthbound's a great place to re-center yourself.

Friendliest staff! Coolest little store. We walked in at 5: 59pm, a min before closing, and they were so kind in allowing us to shop and stay open a few extra minutes.

Lots of fun treasures at every turn. Wonderful customer service. Rachel helped us and knew every crystal and all about them. All the Employees seemed super helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. Turnover seems fast and every time I go it’s like a whole new store. Very clean and well organized. Love it

I absolutely love this store so I’m giving it 4 stars. I would give 5, but, I went to return something today and the experience was unpleasant. I didn’t have my receipt, so I was aware that I would get store credit. No problem since I come here ALL the time. The one young lady that helped me was very nice. The other one working with her was staring at me in a strange way. After the gift card was given, I heard the one who was staring at me that the item could be stolen etc.
While this is a great learning experience for the employee, she should ABSOLUTELY wait until the customer is out of the store. I had the dress in the bag that I purchased it and with tags on the item. Still looking brand new. Hopefully she learns to deal with this in a more professional manner.

Stopped in yesterday while I was in town. This shop is pristine! So well managed, organized, and merchandised! The store manager Alissa was there and she is always so fun, friendly, and welcoming! I love the energy of this store and I’ll always make it a point to visit when I’m in town!

Very beautiful store with amazing options to inspire you to be true to yourself and grounded in who you are. (It actually says that on the website and I could not find any other way to agree.) Now that I think about it, maybe it’s the Himalayan Salt Lamp Wall that’s harnessing their refreshing Himalayan Salt Lamps.

Walking into the store, I instantly felt comfortable and smiles at all of the creative apparel and meditation essentials. I was greeted warmly and educated on the various products that they offer.
