Gavin is a rare breed of human being! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He didn't have to take the time to help me like he did, be could have just towed me and dropped me off, but he didn't. He took time out of his day to truly help me. He even showed me the exact part that needed to be replaced and told me if I needed a mechanic he would get me the number. I honestly can't say enough about how grateful I am. It made coming back to this hell hole of a city, much nicer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Gavin!
