After my original rental car broke down, I called Bruce first thing in the morning needing a one way rental to get back home that day. He was incredibly helpful in helping me figure out the best option to get me home for the best price. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a rental around Havasu!

My wife and I just needed a car for a few hours while her car was being worked on. We decided to take a chance with easy auto rents and I'm glad we did. Bruce was awesome and accommodating, super friendly and straight forward with everything. He delivered the car to our location and picked it up when we were done.

Guy was super nice at first and helpful but as soon as I got off the phone with him he turned into a really misleading person, Telling me that he wants to rent me a car and he'll have one available this afternoon. Yet doesn't call doesn't text leaves me high and dry with no information About what's going on and every time I text him to see what's going on? He replies rudely and with an attitude like I'm disturbing him even though I'm just trying to rent a car and he never told me I Was denied so I have no idea What's going on or why I was treated this way I wish you the best in your rental car experience with this person.

Bruce was awesome when we reserved a vehicle, even sending pictures for us! Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our reservation for a vehicle in February 2023. I contacted him on 12/10/2022 and within minutes he responded and our refund statement was sent.
