Echo Luxury Apartments, Tucson AZ

I recently leased an apartment here. The unit was fully renovated, and the entire complex has been recently renovated as well. I love the staff, the amenities, and the apartments. I couldn’t ask for a better place to come home to.

My wife and I moved in to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment recently. We are very happy with the location and the service provided by management so far. Great swimming pool! We also enjoy the BBQ grills provided. We have cooked out and enjoyed eating under the pergolas in the community area. Would recommend leasing here to our friends
PS we wanted to ad that Carolina the manager was so attentive to my wife and me and was really helpful.

When it comes to any maintenance issues, water is always off and there is always construction being done.we also have people who do things half ways. Here’s an example of the MANY ISSUES I had. Was asked to fix hole in the wall and they added a rubber trim instead of a normal trim to cover the hole.

I just moved in and the apartment has been fully renovated with all new kitchen appliances of high quality. Everything is very clean, spacious and finished with luxury details.
The general grounds are also renovated and it provides a feeling of luxury, security and cleanness.
The management office has been super helpful with all my needs, especially assisting me with my moving from out of town.
Great space for families and professionals.
I give them a five stars review without a doubt!

Two flat tires on different occasions due to the massive nails in the parking lot, 3 car break ins, homeless people staying behind the dumpsters and in laundry room, Have management done anything to decrease theft? NO. They can't even respond to simple maintenance requests in a timely manner. There’s also a pest problem lots of different bugs and roaches.the Only good thing there is the new manager Caroline she tries to help somehow, otherwise, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I definitely recommend leasing at Echo. I toured over 10 apartment complexes before finally deciding to move here, and it was the best decision for sure. Carolina and the crew who manage the property are really attentive and just friendly overall. They made the move in process super easy and living here has been stress free thus far. They built out a huge community space outside with pergolas and it's my favorite spot to "work from home". 10/10 property

This apartment complex is absolutely gorgeous. It's recently undergone renovation and the apartments and grounds are all so beautiful! You can tell there was a lot of attention to detail. Echo is a nice quiet community and very well maintained by management.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Echo Luxury Apartments. Not only did a tree fall into my unit, causing extensive damage and putting my safety at risk, but the management's response was absolutely unacceptable. Despite the inconvenient and hazardous situation, they refused to provide any assistance or compensate me with a hotel stay. Their lack of empathy and disregard for their tenants' well-being is truly disheartening. I would strongly advise against staying at Echo Luxury Apartments if you value your safety and expect fair treatment from your accommodation provider

Property LOOKS great, but NEEDS ALOT OF WORK AND IMPROVEMENT. I’ve lived here a year now, there has been 4-5 different managers, never the same staff. The property has been infested within roaches the entire time I been here. And when it comes to maintenance issues, it takes weeks for them to be resolved. Here’s one of the many outcries I have of some of the issues I have been having.

Best apartment complex in Tucson AZ, hands down! Amazing management, fabulous maintenance team, beautiful grounds.
