MOLD IN STRAWBERRIES! Avoid this place. I noticed too others from the reviews also had mold in their strawberries. Someone needs to look into this spot. If I could give zero stars I would.

I got my mother chocolate covered strawberries. There was mold in every strawberry and I needed to get a refund! So disgusting and disappointed. Would NOT order from here again.

I am NOT surprised to see a 3.3 Star Review for this location. Pay extra for same day delivery just to be told they can’t deliver same day because the driver doesn’t want to go back out.
REMINDER.you’re in the service industry and that’s why you charge extra for convenience.
“Manager” was quick to refund my $110 order instead of trying to make it right.
It’s 1 in the afternoon, still 6 hrs of daylight left. And their remedy is to deliver tomorrow when it’s not my Mom’s birthday.

Last Thursday I bought strawberries covered with chocolate, they looked perfect but next day when I served them they were with mold, I threw the whole box in garbage. The worker was very nice and kind, he made them on place so I don’t understand why to put me bad strawberries that can’t serve next day. We where very disappointed in graduation party!

I've done business with them twice now. No issue delivering with the first time, but the second time, I bought a gift for someone, and was informed they couldn't deliver to their door because they aren't allowed to travel on dirt roads. My GIFT RECIPIENT then had to go out of her way and meet the driver elsewhere. It would have been nice to have a warning so I didn't have to inconvenience the GIFT RECIPIENT on her special day. This will be the last time I order delivery from this store, very frustrating that I didn't even get a warning when I placed the order about this new policy.

My first experience was less than stellar after receiving an entire platter of unripe strawberries. I gave them another chance because I had a coupon for a free dipped fruit box for my birthday month. My second experience was much better than the first. The staff was friendly, the strawberries were huge and it was prepared in record time. It was even packaged in a nice gift box. I’d say they’ve redeemed themselves; perhaps my first experience was just a fluke.

I have personally used this location twice. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their fruit, cupcakes, flowers, etc. To quote my mom, "Whoever is putting the deliveries together does such a great job! " Thank you for helping me spoil my parents from afar!

So I ordered one of there Valentines day arrangements and was in constant track mode. I understand its a high volume day but when it says it was out for Delivery at 6pm and I then get a notification at 8: 30 at night that it now wont be delivered. What the hell! Who does that on valentines day? They had all day to let me know and they let me know at 8: 33pm at night. Now I have to make some kind of run hoping there's still something available at the store for my wife. This is very frustrating and very rude.

Rude girl at the counter for real. Not a people person. High priced and bad service! Taste great tho too bad.
