17Busy. Ordered bucket of Egees for rehabilitation center nurses ; floor personnel. Cashier got busy and forgot to make my order. After 15 minutes she realized she forgot me. She ask a women that had been putting supplies outfront and cleaning up tables to fill my order I insisted she was her hands first.she gave me a dirty look. I did see her washing at her hands she washed hands very quickly. NONE of the employees were wearing masks, up front or in kitchen. This is the store on Thornydale south of Ina.i would not recommend eating there till health department gives a clear bill of health. Will be a long time, if every i go back. I spent $29.38 for poor service.
20 minute wait for an order of fries. After asking multiple times they finally gave me half the order. Do not take 3rd party orders from Eegees, they are never ready and always very rude. Zero stars.
Edit for owners response. Just train your people better or get new people. I am sure you aren't happy losing money. I just won't deliver from there, no big deal on my end.
There's a young lady up in the front and there's a gentleman named Troy in the back always in a black shirt I don't know if he's the manager or not but men do they listen they take care of you and the food is always right
Usually service is good. Sometimes they mess up the order so double check. Also, get your fries extra crispy! It's the only way!
We went here had great customer service the staff is so friendly and we ordered lunch lunch and drinks and got it so quickly can't wait to go back
This eegees rocks! The manager Josh got our order ready for pick up right on time. Ordering for a large marching band camp can be overwhelming and they handled it like pros. 6 three foot subs plus party packs was not problems for them. The kids loved the food! We will use them again!

Been here since it has opened. They've been a little lazy compared to when they've originally opened.
I ordered a turkey sub and it was more like a lettuce sub. Bread was soggy. Fries were soggy and smashed at bottom of bag. No straws for our drinks. It was just a mess and a waste of money.
While doing door dash. I arrived to pick up an order, the order was not ready and was not correct. The staff was very rude. Customer service is an issue at thus location.
Worst location I’ve ever been to. Girl at the drive through acted like I was there to help HER! She couldn’t have acted any more inconvenienced by my presence in the drive through window. She had zero communication skills and almost dropped my drink while handed it to me because she was distracted by her work friends behind her.
Ordered a Southwest Chipotle Chicken Salad through DoorDash. Tell me, how hard is it to put chicken on a chicken salad? Also, no chipotle dressing either. This isn’t the first time they messed up my order. Avoid this eegees.
Bought a large watermelon eeggee, paid the girl a $20 and she gives me $6 back saying I never gave her a $20.
Very dissatisfied with my experience. Saturday I ordered online to pick up on Sunday for my daughters birthday party, giving over 24 hours heads up. Upon arrival they first told us there was no record of the order. Eventually they were able to “find it” at which point they brought one 3 ft sandwich out and said we were good to go. Our order was three 3ft sandwiches and a party pack. After 25 minutes of waiting we finally received the correct amount of items, although majority of it was wrong. Wrong flavor of party pack and one sandwich was wrong entirely, and there was no sauce for the grinder that we ordered. We were in a hurry to get to the party so we didn’t notice all of these errors before heading to the party 30 minutes away. The order should have been verified by the employee before sending us on our way, but he seemed too stoned to be thorough. It’s frustrating to spend hard earned money and not receive what we ordered, especially seeing that it was for a child’s birthday party. Enough notice was given that this should not have happened. Our pickup was scheduled for 3: 00 which is not during peak hours. I don’t understand how there isn’t more organization involving large orders.
So i haven't been to eegee's in about 10yrs, i went there today specifically for the ranch fries, not what i remember them to be.
But all n all the food was good, just not what it used to be
Be patient they are short staffed. Service was slower than pre COVID but the quality and taste still just as amazing
Great eegee’s, always gets our order right only complaint is the app rewards are pretty lame and requires you input credit or debit card to get credit
Really disappointed in what Eegees has become. The windows inside and out were filthy. Last time I went through the drive through and my order was messed up so this time I decided to go inside thinking that would help. Unfortunately my order was messed up again and I realized that once I was already home. I did go back and they did give me a new sandwich, however because of the dirty windows and knowing this is the 2nd time I havent received my order correctly, I will not be going back
