Food was great! Prep time was a little excessive for a simple sub sandwich.

Drive thru was slammed though so maybe just not focused on dine in customers at that time.

I emailed eegees about this issue I received Friday from this location! I never received a response. This eegees made my sand which wrong and there was the longest hair I pulled out of my mouth when eating their sand which just this passed weekend. That is so disgusting! I've never had that happen. Yuck!

Just move to Green Valley from North Carolina and was in Tucson for the afternoon. Great food and prices. Loved the Cherry Lime Eegee! Please open an Eegee's closer to Green Valley! Can't wait to try the Watermelon.

I have never waited long at all for my order at this Eegee's location at W Grant Rd. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, cooperative and professional

Mediocre fast food, nothing to write home about. A local loved institution apparently judging by all the positive reviews. Not a dining destination if you're looking for dinner.

Never have I had a problem with this place so I'm really disappointed that y'all say your open till 10pm and it's only 8: 30pm and there's an employee at the door telling everyone it's closed while there are customers inside. I've worked in the food industry here in Arizona and we weren't allowed to turn customers away during business hours or if we still had customers inside the establishment. Y'all need to either post correct business hours or talk to your staff about proper customer service this isn't ok and y'all will start loosing business fast if this is how the restaurant is going to be ran just ridiculous.

Maria is my new favorite employee! I asked for my grinder hot and she asked if I wanted it hot or toasted. I didn't even know toasted was an option! Super nice smile and willing to help:)

Let me start by saying I'm a longtime fan of Eegee's. Lived in Tucson for 22 years and ate at various locations 100 times starting in '82. Now just visit the area a couple times a year from Phoenix. Had lunch at the W. Grant location on Thursday 12/9/21 and sorry to say I found the place to be filthy. Previous reviews claim the place is super clean but I found it to be quite the opposite. Were the floors swept? Yeah, for the most part. Were the tables clean? It appeared so. Now look at the glass entry/exit doors. Now look at all the windows. NOW, look at the glass "windows" next to the north (sitting) booths around the wall from the soda machine. You can't see thru them but they're glass, and with the reflection of outside light, you can see that dozens of kids smeared their greasy hands all over them. Disgusting. And some of these kids had to have been standing on the seats to reach the glass. Do the seats get wiped along with the tables each and every time? I assume nobody even notices the glass when they're wiping tables. Oh, and look at all the dusty ledges! I heard the original owners sold Eegee's not long ago. So far the food tastes the same I guess. No more potato chips offered with combo meals? Don't know what's up with that. Young man looked at me completely confused when I told him I wanted chips with my combo.
Seems to me a small bag of chips is cheaper, easier, AND faster to add to the bag than french fries. Am I wrong? And no more provolone cheese pretzels. They were always so good with a little salt! Maybe one more time for W. Grant. Maybe. Get it together over there team Eegee's!

I have always loved Eegees, my visit was mediocre, food was decent, place was very clean, but I saw an employee outside smoking, when he came back in he didn’t wash his hands. Yuck!

Good food, clean restaurant. They lock the bathrooms to keep out the vagrants but will open it for customers, nice and clean.

My son and I stopped here on our way through to NM, I remember going to eegee's as a kid with my cousins and was thrilled to stumble across this one. The food was great, customer service was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was super clean. Will stop here again next time through.

Was just at this location, so glad I came to this location, the eggees on Oracle Rd has been nothing but a disappointment after each visit, your customers are your voice, and I deal with customers in my position, so I know customer service! Keep up the great work at this location, and the associate at the Drive thru was very friendly, very helpfull and had my order ready by the time i got up to the window!

We went throught the drive through to pick up dinner for the family. It seemed like the staff were struggling with the order a bit. We had to go back for forgotten ranch sauce, but they accidentally gave us an extra egger so I gave them 5 stars despite the mistake. Food hot and delish as usual.
