Good food and drinks but the slowest serving times in all Tucson eegees. 25 min for two large fries through the drive thru on a Thursday at 730

Their Strawberry & Pineapple "EGEE" tastes divine! Not sharing. Gotta try their tasteful roastbeef & ham. 10! Prices went up, but worth it.

Why did they change the French fries? Now they are skinny smaller and soggy. That was one of the best items on the menu.

Cashier is so nasty she put her hand in the trash and was touching the top of the lids with the same hand didn't change gloves or wash her hands. I told her if she can take the gloves off and replace all the lids she did. But none of the employees gave me a name not even the manager I WALKED IN TO GET THE MANAGERS NAME HER NAME FROM ANOTHER EMPLOYEE (ALEX) AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN THEY ARE SO UNSANITARY. AND RUDE THEY ALSO WERE MAKING FACES N LAUGHING LIKE ITS OK TO DO THAT TOUCH TRASH THEN YOUR DRINKS.

Was not happy I pre order 3 foot longs and a party pack and it was to be ready by 5 and when I went to get it and still had to wait for them to make the sandwiches

Ordered the new pastrami sandwich. I really thought they made me a vegetarian sandwich.and then finally I found it.one thin slice of pastrami.

Clean and staff is relatively quick to make your order. I do notice that most times the staff is quite young so they are not the most social employees. They are definitely not rude ny any means just minimal interaction with their customers but they do their job well and thats the important thing if u ask me.

I placed my order over the internet, it gave me the time my order would be ready and I gave them an extra 5 minutes. I went into the store and the order hadn't been started. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and they weren't busy at this time. I was told it was a large order so it took time to prepare. I may be mistaken but I thought that's why I was told by online my order would be ready at a certain time

Went in today on the Anniversary Day. Service was outstanding. Didn't wait not even 10 minutes for my hot food. Both drive thru and lobby were on point with customer service. Place was Nice and clean, cooled like always. We (6yrr old approved) recommend the Glacier Grape with Strawberry

I order thru uber eats, because I couldn’t pick up the order and the order was all wrong. No forks no napkins the sandwich was not the one I Order the order was incomplete, bad really bad service.

This location is dirty and highly disorganized! Stay away. Go to another location. Stay away. Their drive thru is a joke. They forgot to give us the sandwiches! The bag has only fries. Yes that bad so forget about them getting your order right!

I like eegee's their food is really good but I did have an issue with when I asked for water they gave me a really small glass of water and we're somewhat rude that I asked for the water

Normally we got to this eegee's location all the time. But now for the last week or so, we can be in line and nobody will take our order. We could make it before closing and still we won't get our order taken.tonight we went before 10: 30 n still they turned us away. There were people lined up still trying to order and no response. It seems to be that this location is ALWAYS saying their speaker is down, yet it works perfectly fine during the day. If hours of operation change or they are having technical difficulties then they should put a notice sign.

I didn't even want to give not even 1 star. But to post I had to. I was bumbed about the service. Mom wanted to order the combo which they didn't make her meal as a combo. Came home with no fries. Mom loves the fries. The meatball sub is my son's favorite. He cried because the sandwich was really skinny and unsatisfying. And it took the person taking the order a few times to get the order right. Very disappointing.

Always clean, kind, and pretty darn gone fast also, but I like that they Mgrs. And Ast. Mgrs, are always there, THANK YOU, SIGNED, RICHARD J. ROMERO

Good place but cramped parking and the drive thru can back up to the street. Recommend getting a party size if you have any event going on (or not ;) ), it's just a really good value.

Ok first off I love eegees dont get me wrong but this eegees specifically always takes forever.
Omg I ordered two orders of fries the girl behind my does the same so I'm right there waiting for my fries when this girl behind me gets her order before me and I still waited like 5 more min for my fries
