They were amazing! They are reasonable with their quotes, even my adjuster was shocked with it. They were timely, clean, caring, and very polite. Courtney walked me through every step and let me know what to expect. I definitely would use them again and would highly recommend anyone to use them and be very satisfied.

Process started out easily enough. Timely estimate, deposite half up front and schedule of work to come out.job ended up requiring more money because they had to remove 4 layers of tile on a 2 day job that they still did in 1 day and a morning. They charge per piece of plywood they need to remove and replace, somehow 7 they told me became 12 when the work was completed. They even used my spare plywood but i didn't get a discount for those sheets. They say they clean up but there is foam pieces all over my back and side of the house i have to painstakingly pick up so my dogs don't eat it and die. There are most likely better companies out there.

Gave estimate for $2500 to fix leaks in attached Arizona room. After first visit and work completed and paid in full.still leaked in all same places. Came back a 2nd time and foamed whole AZ room saying that would take care of ot. Still leaks in all same places. Had come back 3rd time and they wanted us to pay an additional $3500.00 to foam whole car port! Which has zero to do with leaks. They gave me a 5 year guarantee. I'm $2500.00 out and same leaks. Not a satisfied customer!

From receiving a quote to observing the completed service. The team at Efficient Roofing made the tile roof replacement an easy process. I was able to manage the service remotely and was kept updated throughout the actual installation. The service and quality was excellent.

Had an appointment between 7am and 9 am. It's 10am no one shows up and no answer to numerous calls.

They were on time and very professional. If they had to leave to get something they let you know. They provided pictures of the roof before & after. I would definitely recommend them.

Roof needed new underlayment and we were very impressed with the quality and timeliness of the work. The crew finished the job in 3 days and cleaned up the debris and nails at the end of each day. Rotten wood was replaced where necessary along with new vents and new metal valleys. The workers were very efficient, polite and hard working. The foreman kept us advised of how the job was progressing and answered any questions we had about materials used and their quality. This job was done almost 2 months earlier than first advised which really pleased us. Would definitely recommend Efficient Roofing for their top quality work.

I used efficient roofing to recoat my flat roof, at the time of the estimate they were made aware of leaking areas and took pictures of those spots and said they would be addressed as necessary. They came when they said they would and completed the recoat. Unfortunately they did not fix the leaking. I called them and they came to inspect it and do an estimate. Unfortunately they never provided the estimate or completed the repairs. I called them at least 5 times to follow up. Each time I was told I would receive an estimate for the additional needed repairs within the day or the next day. Each time, I did not hear back from them. This happened on several occasions. No estimate and a still leaking roof. I chose this company based on all the positive reviews, unfortunately I can not recommend them as they did not complete the job and have left me with a leaky roof. I paid for the recoat in full and was willing to pay the additional which would be required to fix my leaking issue, unfortunately they have left me high and not dry.
