Einstein Bros. Bagels, Goodyear AZ

Stopped in to grab bagels (2 bakers dozen) for my team in the early morning, approx 5: 30. Every staff member was helpful and got me in and out in a jiffy (under 5 min!) they even have military discount

My experience was given little by little, I learned where the places are to facilitate with the places in my area.

Food was mediocre. Waited 20 minutes after ordering before getting the wrong food. When I came back in they questioned me as if I was just trying to get free food. I just wanted my food.

They then told me they never called my name but my name is so uncommon that I know that’s what I heard. Then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my order.

Would not recommend.

Takes forever to place your order they ignore you and walk past you and it was not even busy only two people on line and it took 10 minutes for someone to come. Please is always like this.

My favorite blueberry bsgels were there. Yay, service was fast, food was good. Enjoyed chatting with friends.

Well, what can be said that has not already been said about Einsteins'. I do not, but I will give it a shot. I went from an early morning to an all-nighter literally and figuratively. Oh, and yes, the all-nighter did not disappoint. I had the all-nighter breakfast bagel with the hashbrown side and an orange juice. It was just what I needed to get ready for college football game day! Yes! Einsteins is great as always. Let's go!

I order from here maybe once a week a garden bagel breakfast sandwich, my sandwich was cold. The eggs were hard they had a horrible taste A thick tomato and a half a pound of spinach. Very disappointed. I ordered to go. It’s never cold when I get to work. It felt like it was taken out of the refrigerator. Made me sick to my stomach. Think the eggs were spoiled.

My hubby is a big fan of bagels!
As I was out and about I saw Einstein Bros Bagels. Knowing that he has not had these, I did what any good wife would do, I stopped in for bagels!
The gal at the counter was very helpful with their vast array of goods!
So I picked out 6 and also purchased the Double Whipped Smear, " the plain flavor.
Delighted to the core he was with these bagels!
I finally found a way to make him forget about the $400.00 boots I bought, he just smiled and thought they looked great while savoring his bagel! Win-Win! Thanks Einsteins!

Have very good bagels and decent coffee definitely would go back again. Their breakfast sandwiches were good

Don't order online here. I get it, they're busy. They are always busy in the mornings here. I ordered 20 minutes ahead in the app going here rather than going to hot bagel deli, just to wait another 15 minutes for my breakfast bagel to get done. I picked the option with online ordering, but next time I'll just go to hot bagel deli where they'll acknowledge me when I walk in and take care of me right away

Einstein is always good. This location is fast and takes pride in getting you a great bagel. I grab a box of assorted bagels and 2 spreads for my coaches, and I am a hit back at the school. I have never had a bad sandwich. Great service!

Stopped here for a DoorDash pickup, manager tossed cup in my face and told me to make the coffee. Most disrespectful place I’ve ever been to doing DoorDash.

This is the only Einstein I've been disappointed at. Service was slow, they were all out of most bagels, and service wasn't much friendly like other locations I've visited. Plus my breakfast bagel I ordered was skimpy on all the ingredients

I won't lie. Maybe it was just a busy morning but they missed a few details on my order and it was right before going on a road trip. So having an incomplete order put a little bit of a damper on being able to drive the rest of the way without having to stop for food. The people were super sweet though I definitely don't think it's a service issue. It's just missing some details because they're probably spread too thin. I think if you're just going for some bagels you'll be fine. But when you're trying to adjust a sandwich order that's when things get a little dodgy. I grew up having an Einstein's bagel on the occasion when I was a kid, so I definitely going to come back here, but it's just a tiny bit of a bummer when things don't go as planned.

All in all I would give them a second chance so don't let this review deter you from going there.

I was waiting for 25 mins for 2 bagels. I was late to work because of it. They are concerned with online orders and DoorDash orders. The people that actually come in and order are left waiting. This place needs better management. I will not return.
