Been living here for two years and just renewed my lease for another! Management has been so helpful and makes leasing here so easy and worth it!

Moved to El Dorado Apartments 2 months ago and didn't have any issues.
The complex is clean, safe, and quiet.
Excellent service by management (Destinee), and maintenance staff (Eldor).

Love this place i live here:) Update: I have lived here for over a year now and the people here are very helpful they do their best to get stuff fixed in a timely manner aswell as there to help with any problems that arise. They have gone out of their way to keep these apartments running smoothly and pest free. I own animals and having pest come in is a problem but for as long as I've been here I've only seen one maybe two but been taken care of and have none since. This place is great and love the people and staff here they do try their best to keep this place safe and friendly thank you:)

I have resided here for three years; dealing with multiple issues concerning inadequate security, policing issues onsite & throughout the surrounding neighborhood.
Thankfully most of these issues have been eliminated. Understanding the quality of tenants is preeminent. This also has improved greatly. These results were achieved through profound onsite management changes.
Destiny Beal & Eldor have improved all aspects of the lifestyle living here at Eldorado Apartments.
However, ownership has been negligent in addressing many water, electrical & aesthetic issues. Property is at least 50+ years old requiring major improvements.
Best of luck to all of us. Also, ownership financially reward Destiny & Eldor. For they have done more in less time than anyone in the past.

The new management and maitnace are making the place a lot better. Things are being repaired in a timely manner. The management is very kind and always willing to sit an char for a few. Love it all around great community.

I love the community here and have great neighbors! When I first moved in I did not have hot water for a long period of time and was going to move when my lease was up. The issue was then fixed due to NEW management (Destinee), and maintenance staff (Eldor). They really try hard and are making it a better place to live daily! So much so that I Just signed a new lease:)

Apartment has not had hot water in over 9 months. Should be able to break the lease or at least locate us to another apartment. Worst management ever! Horrible Horrible Horrible! DO NOT RENT HERE!

Do not rent here. Frequent water shut off, sometimes all day. As many as weekly. Insects were taken care. Repairs done shoddily. Rent increase if $200. Over last 6 months. Do. Not get trapped in a lease here.

Do NOT rent here it’s cockroach infest and they will NOT do anything about. Pest control was requested
And they stated the wait would be 2 weeks till they were scheduled next. The smell is the smell
Of infestation and is a health hazard alone. The next person getting this apartment will definitely have severe issues. People should not be put in these situations. Look closely at pics and this is after a day on top of all the treatment my family was having to help with. Had It was thought of it sooner pics should have been taken of all the droppings in the cabinets. Absolutely horrific. No exaggeration

Recently the Postal Service replaced the mailboxes here at El Dorado with new and greatly improved boxes. Unfortunately for me the Postal Service then instructed us to go to a post office a considerable distance from this complex to pick up our keys for the new boxes. Due to my age, a lack of transportation and a fear of being exposed to Covid this presented a problem for me. The very kind young lady at the front desk then went out of her way to arrange for my key to be brought here by our regular mail carrier. It is difficult for me to express what a relief this was to me. We are fortunate indeed to have such a friendly, kind and professional person in charge of our facility. I commend her most highly!

I had set up an appointment at 10am to tour the studio and I had been messaging them all morning to confirm the time slot as I was driving 45 minutes to get there, I walk in and they sold it to someone else. I understand business is business but the fact that they messaged me 10 minutes prior to arriving to make sure I was still coming to sell it before I even had the chance to look at it upsets me.
