El Dorado Internal and Family Medicine has the worst customer service. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would. They do not care, they are lazy and vey rude. They do not answer the phone and hang up or put patient calls on hold and keep you waiting. Go elsewhere for your your needs! Do not use them!

I have had the pleasure of going to this office for about 10 years and the staff and doctors are great to me. I really appreciate that they are so good to me and my medical care.

Disappointed in the lack of patient care received today. Tried to book appt. It was for respiratory issues I was told that they are not doing appts bc of Covid! I had two previous negative Covid tests in 10 days! Not interested. I asked if I had a negative test today if I could get an appt NO! No respirator appts! I did have a negative test today! Disturbing! Lack of caring by staff!

The front staff, lab, medicall assistants, Physician Assistans / Nurse Practitioners: Marie and Lorelei, and Dr. Willingham have all taken excellent care of me. I've been a patient there since Wilmot and Alamo - Dr. Epstein days, and would not voluntarily go anywhere else!

They need more training. Sending someone home and to tell them to come back when the pain returns knowing some is already wrong is unacceptable to me.

They didn't offer or provide me another medication while dealing with an insurance issue. My Dr let me go cold turkey for 35days off a very strong pain reliever. I was never even told this would happen. He just decided. No one ever even asked about the pain disorder that warrants this type of medication. I was alone and frightened. It was cruel treatment. If I could find another Dr. I would

I called to schedule an appointment and was told my appointment was at 8: 40 upon arriving I was told it was at 8am. The young lady at the front desk was very rude and showed no compassion.

Dr. Ortega is great! I just called today and after being asked to hold and disconnected then calling back and asked to hold again.total time before i could even ask a question 38 mins. Then I was told that no appointments today and you need to go to urgent care. Should have been the first thing out of their mouth before asking to hold.

Dr Willingham is very good doctor.i have been seeing her for over 10 years and i can't imagine seeing another doctor.she has always been very helpful and listens to me when i talk to her.it is hard for most people me especially to go to the doctor so having one that you can trust and that you feel is actually helping you is something that i am glad that i have found with Dr Willingham.i hope to be under her care for as long as possible.she makes is easy to talk to her and feel comfortable and safe.all the ladies that work there also make the visit as easy as possible from the front desk to the nurses every one is awesome.thank you and see guys soon

This clinic wasn't good before but now it's worse than ever. I was a patient of doctor Donovan for few years, he's gone now, no one informed me about a change of my physician. Then the time came to get a new appointment I was referred to another doctor and told to wait 4 months to see her. And I felt very ill, I didn`t know that was wrong with me at the time. Ok, I waited.in three months I got a call from them that Dr.is busy and I can see a nurse practitioner instead but still need a new appointment. Ok, I waited again. I came 20 min earlier to fill papers and was very surprised to know that I am a NEW Patient now only because they have a new database and I am not in it.ok, I filled a ton of papers, useless forms, etc. And waited again, 1h 20 min after my appointment time! The nurse practitioner spent less than 13 min, mostly not listening to what I`m telling her, I know that because she re-asking me many times same things over and over again. And now again I have my next appointment in October and they called me to reschedule it. I told the receptionist it`s the third time I was rescheduled, she put me on hold each time I opened my mouth, I ask to talk to the supervisor because it`s useless to address my concerns to the receptionist - was called rude and put on hold again. I`m done with you guys, no more appointments.

Whenever I call, I’m able to speak with someone within a few minutes. The front desk folks are always warm, friendly and efficient. They get my messages to my NP or MD who quickly attends to my requests. I have enjoyed a nearly 20 year relationship with my Physician and Nurse Practitioner. They both listen with care and empathy and meet my health needs/challenges with exemplary professionalism.

This office staff and docs McDermott and Willingham have been just wonderful to my parents and to me as I assist with their care. I am most grateful to all of them for their care and professionalism, and personable manner. I make every effort to be the very best "customer" I can be for them, and try to make my requests as easy to answer and comply with I possibly can. They've been just great!

I love doctor Kelsey Lewis.

However, the office itself is hard to deal with.
I have literally never called without being placed on hold immediately.
I’m generally on hold for at least 5 minutes when I call my doctor.
I’m literally writing this review while on hold, yet to have talked to the receptionist (besides her saying “please hold”)

My current hold time is 6 minutes 51 seconds
