In the midst of the chaos that happened while he was there, he was arrested and booked into jail for his acts during his own emergency. Do not seek help for your crisis at this place.

Cornerstone behavioral health is one of the places you can go to get the reset you need. If you're struggling with mental health problems or are struggling with a drug addiction and need to detox, life is rough and they're not very many places that are welcoming and understanding and compassionate about assisting those who need the help from the right place. But cornerstone is definitely a place that you can go to for help and really rely on the staff to do everything they can do in their power from the BHT's (behavioral health technician) the medical staff are very knowledgeable and the medical assisted treatment plans and prescriptions they prescribe. They don't just give you anything because you asked for it. Is they give you what you need and make sure that you get restored? That's a good health. I know all of this because I was a patient there myself and really the guidance that they gave me save my life and I went from loss to to found in his profound and I really think all of the staff that were at work when I was there because they are hel ped guide me to get to where I'm at.

By far one of the absolute best detox facilities I've ever been too. The techs are awesome Grant is the man. The nurses Alfonso and Michelle are top notch. All the the way up to the medical director. You are not just a number here you are a patient with needs that are fully heard and taken care of. I hope that I do not need to return here but if I ever have too. Trust and believe I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.

The front desk staff is, for the most part RUDE they seem to have no clue as to what they are doing. I was hung up on this morning as I have been trying to contact a loved one, and I'm getting no response. The woman tells me to calm down. She said she didn't have the ability to look up my security code which I was told that yesterday as well. This is scaring me!

This place is awful your staff is awful they're hanging up on the phone with me all I wanted is to do was talk to a supervisor. Plus they're not too bright they don't know the extension number of the main lady. I suggest nobody goes there. And there's a Tech Anyway I don't talk right threads are you at a thread from a client and a threat from I think his name is doesn't know how to do his job all he does is sit and watch this TV with everybody you just sit behind that counter and don't do anything for anybody he just like I said he just passed the buck oh I can't do it but case Mazda can do it what can you d I can't believe these guys get paid for just sitting on their a** all daythere that works you can't miss him hes kind of way overweight and hes tall It treated me so bad and even told me which I took as a thread even told me th

Pleas do not go here I went in for help for depression which I have never ever asked for help for and will never try to get any with this experience …I was robbed by the staff and they act like I am crazy, I was in there two hours and did not match criteria to stay and was discharged I was pretty upset so I went home not thinking anything about it, the following morning I noticed my jewelry was no longer in my purse I removed it and placed it there while at corner stone because that’s a requirement they take all your belongings when checking in but to my surprise I was robbed by the staff and till this day I have tried to reach out to Meghan the director who was suppose to reach out to me and I haven’t heard back from instead every time Ive called she’s on vacation I was told the cameras there don’t record and that they don’t even know if anyone even sees the feed, it’s not fair that you go In there for help and sometimes not in the right state of mind by what I was able to observe and to be taken advantage that way I can’t imagine all the people that have been robbed of belongings and treated as they were crazy because of the place they are at in the first place so please please think twice about going here THE STAFF DOES NOT CARE I even tried getting a number to try to speak to corporate anything and everyone says they don’t have one

Patient care was exceptional. They went out of there way to make sure my mother was comfortable and attended to.

Cornerstone is a great place to be to get the help you need specifically for you. The staff is awesome! They really do care about you and provide the support you need to detox, heal, and plan for your next place. They don't abandon anyone. I'm so grateful to them.

My daughter has struggled with mental illness & has been self medicating for the past 19 years. Aug 5,2021, when I was helping her pack & seeing the full extent of her addiction & life of chaos. All these years I thought I was helping her, on this day I saw I was prolonging her healing. As hard as it was, I decided to stop helping her, stop picking up her calls. I felt in my heart the only way I could help her was I had to practice tough love & release her for God to have His way with her. Sept 24th, I was given Joshua's number, he said he understood & he would do what he could to get her the help she was finally asking for. Josh called ahead & reserved 1 of the 2 beds they had available. When it seems all hope is lost there is someone who has been there & is willing to go the extra mile to help the one in need. For our family our help came from Joshua. Here is how our journey began with Cornerstone, this is my text I sent on Sept 24,2022.

The crisis team took her to CBI last night. Someone from the haven finally called me back today and said that cornerstone would be a better fit for my daughter if you can please call me back. I will go pick her up and bring her to you if you have a bed
I tear up every time I see this text, this was my daughter's 1st day she willingly admitting herself into a recovery program. She found her program, she called me today to tell me she celebrated her 1st 30 days sober. This mother's heart is filled with so much joy, I have been praying for this for soooo long. Keep praying, stand firm on the promise, when they are ready, it will happen.
