El Palacio, Kingman AZ

We were at El Palacio celebrating a family birthday. The food and margarites were delicious. One of the best Merican meals we've eaten in a long time. Our waitress was friendly and a great servicer. It was a great evening. We had a wonderful time. My phone fell out of purse as I was leaving and I had to wait till Tuesday when they reopened to call to see if they had it. They did and my family mailed it back to me. We are definitely going back next time we visit Kingman. Never give a perfect score because it's good to keep trying, but they were close.

Do to covid I understand the waiting but our service was great but the food was served cold. My rice & beans were barely warm Tamales were cold / frozen and when I asked to speak to a manager No manager available. Salsa was Salty? Omg it was horrible. Never again I will eat there again

We came here after a big day out sightseeing and with the location being so close to the highway, it made for an easy stop. The staff was nice and welcoming and got us a table quickly. We ordered a variety of items and everything was pretty good. My husband and I shared the "Queso-Dilla" which was a quesadilla rolled into a burrito, filled with chicken, peppers, cheese.then topped with queso. AND more shredded cheese! The portions are huge so I was glad some of us shared. Our waitress was awesome. She anticipated our needs, was friendly, and made sure we left happy.

This place has an awesome atmosphere.good is good. Next time trying something new until I find my awesome dish.see ya again! Pork enchiladas.large servings!

We had reservations for 20 they had another party going on, the owner Gilbert made no apologies and argued. Worst behavior ever

Hands down the most authentic and best Mexican food I had ever tasted. Everything about this restaurant was perfect, from the food to the unbelievable service and ambience. Don't miss this one out in historic Kingman.

Awful service took over an hour to get a tortilla soup that was full of onion and 2 pieces of chicken.second order was an empanada and rice was brought a quesadilla and old rice.never been to such an awful place

Reservations made 3 weeks ago were not honored, and the management/owner didn't seem to care. The place was packed the room we reserved was full, why care about us. Thank you for ruining our family holiday get together.
