El Pollo Loco, Phoenix AZ

Really bad service bought five tacos and youngsters working in there give some cold tacos they probably had sitting there for old order. REALLY POOR SERVICE

I would do one star but the team members were very nice. The food quality however is very poor. The products have consistently been too tough or over cooked and dry. I’d recommend Boston market over this location.

Have not been here in a while unfortunately I think the chicken is a little bit overpriced not too much but a little they get you on the sides here couple of those and all of a sudden it's like 20 $25 but I did have a coupon for 10 pieces $10 got that only and it was really good so overall a good change-of-pace for dinner

Need people with more knowledge about what goes into the food like" cauliflower rice"

The staff was friendly but a little slow. The food was excellent and there was plenty for leftovers too. The only problem is that the drive thru is very small, don't take a crew cab long bed truck in it you'll be doing a 9 point turn.

Its been a while since i have come here but thinking i will have to come here more often the food is great and now its even more healthy with there new salads and there cauliflower rice it's delicious

They didn't have chicken nor another ingredient which I thought was kind of funny considering chicken is in the name! Frustrated I just told them to make me whatever they had enough to make. I ended up w chipotle something or another. Turns out that's more spicy than my stomach could handle. I ate two bites and the rest ended up wrapped in my car overnight. Wasted my time and money my two biggest pet peeves. Get it together Pollo lokito!

So many more choices but a family favorite since I was a kid growing up in Cali. I'm 40 now. Amen.

I love the food Amazing! But for some reason the welcome me isn't that warm at register in there, no matter who is cashier.

Everything was okay but I really don't understand these places forgetting things that come with the meal.this is the second location that forgets tortilla strips for TORTILLA SOUP. Its ridiculous to have to ask for stuff that comes with the meal because people can't even bother to care enough. Also, they didn't add tortillas with the pollo bowl combo and didn't offer salsa. I wont be going to this location again.

Best chicken in town i love it! This location on 23rd ave and Northern their staff is very friendly and they are super fast they always have a smile on their face and they get your order very quickly. Its very clean and the food is extremely good their salsa bar is always well stocked!

I love this El Pollo loco, it was very clean, as were the employees. This was my first time there and the food was far better than the other el Pollo loco s I've been to. Great service, got a free chicken bowl for installation of their app, even though I had to install it and sign up for a reward they were very patient so I only has to spend 5$ for me and my husband. Clean, friendly and helpful. Great food I'll return and suggest to everyone to eat there. Thanks el Pollo loco on i-17& northern!

That rice doe it was hard like really hard it taste like eating raw spaghetti noodles so fix it

Why do they have to constantly bang/cut up the chicken so LOUDLY in the kitchen as you're trying to eat, so obnoxious & annoying! It went on for a good 5 solid minutes! Also, this was the 2nd time that my chicken was dried up, & barely lukewarm at best. I had to go up to the counter and get a hotter piece of chicken. Ugh.

I've only ever eaten at this place 3 times in my life but it's pretty freaking good. I always get the bowls because I have Celiac's and they're delicious it's a little more expensive than traditional fast food, but a bowl lasts me two meals and the flavor is fresh so it's definitely worth the price. Employees are friendly too: D treat yoself

Only ate here a few times but never been disappointed quesadillas are always good try the taco salad not the best but not bad either all in all I'd say three and a half stars but it doesn't allow you to give a half a star

Okay service. Delicious churros. Try the creamy cilantro sauce (very tasty). Small burritos (half the size of Chipotle burritos) for almost $10. Not a good value.

I love their salads and cilantro dressing. I am always going to try something different when I go. Yet once I see menu, I must have salad. I wish there was one closer to me!

For the Lil chicken they give u, its not worth the price. The employees talk bad about the customers in Spanish right in front of their faces. Uncomfortable
