A little pricy for the amount of chicken but the flavor makes up for it.rice and beans were great.forgot to ask for corn tortillas but the salsa works with the flour ones just as well

This place always has the best food. I highly recommend the burritos. The chicken has this amazing seasoning that makes you want to go for more.

Great service but they don’t sell my Favorite order of taquitos …all the other items are good and fresh. Love their chicken meals and drinks choices.

Went here to pick up two taco salads and a chipotle burrito and everything came out tasting good and I got all the Extra sauces that I asked for. This is one of the better Pollo Locos that I have been to.

I ordered a double chicken avocado salad. Perfect balance of proteins and vegetables. They are very light on the dressing so it’s perfect if you’re trying to cut back on calories. The avocado is always fresh and flavorful. Fast and friendly service. Clean environment. Restrooms could use additional cleaning.

The service here is horrible the manager has absolutely horrible customer service from ordering to receiving the food took literally an hour or longer no utensils no horchata let them know so they could at least put a sign had everyone waiting didn't advise us it would be a while just had us waiting then the manager said they can wait in a very rude manner they need efficient people a manager to clean up this place.

I walked into the location because I had coupons and in the past coupons/ drive thru caused confusion. So I order the family meal, show them cashier my coupon for free tostada, and when she gave me total it was charging the tostada. I asked her to fix it and she said ok before swiping my car but still charged me. I asked the young man at register for help and he told me he couldn’t fix it at all. I waited 15 mins for a manager to help me reverse charge, which still doesn’t show on my account. I’m going to have to dispute this with my bank. The rude young male cashier gives my order that I asked to go, to a whole other family who takes my food to their table then brings back cause it’s not theirs. He on turn tries to give me that food. Horrible horribly untrained staff. I’m so disappointed I spent $40 and nothing was right. A trip that should have taken 15 mins was almost 45.

This is my go to pollo loco. I live quite a bit ways from it but the drive is worth it. I live near the pollo loco on Dysart, and McDowell, mind you.
The drive to this one is well worth it for the freshness of the veggies I always order the double chicken tostada bowl, the chicken not burnt or hard just right. They always have serrano chili's and lemons
Keep on cooks! Don't change up.

Apparently they don't like to offer any sauces at all even if you pick them for your order. If they charge for each sauce that's fine but it needs to be updated in each platform. But to not include ANY sauce at all to eat with 6 pieces of their chicken just ruined the food.

False advertising, ordered my Cinco de Mayo 2 taco with the Tapatio bottle. Came to pick up and notice they didn't even put it in? I ask what happen I was excited to receive but no notice nothing, I had to ask and they mentioned they didn't have any, but my brother show up earlier and they told him the sauce was expired really? I think staff is going to hold on and sell them online later. I will report this to corporate and complain. Thanks Pollo Loco you still made money.

Friendly. Fast service. Sometimes hard to find a clean table. Drive thru looks always busy. Regular place for us to go. Download the app and get free food. When picking up food, double check order. My last four pickups or drivethrough have been wrong.

Very clean dining room. Was not expecting such a small piece of chicken breast. Free refills. Chips and salsa extra. Tried to guacamole and did not like it.

The food was not good. A lot was wrong and items missing from my order. The guys working were nice tho! I hate making a bad review but it's been like this the past couple times I've been here.

Worst customer service ever they where rude they acted like they didn’t want us there they gave me burnt quesadillas by the way don’t orders are Bierria tacos The meat was dry I threw up after I ate it

Don't waste you money here customer service is bad and they don't make orders correct. TRULY ridiculous one job to do and you screw that up. Asked them for a burrito with no avocado and said I had an allergy and what do they do put avocado in the burrito to make matters worse they made Me a replacement burrito with half of the ingredients not even in there. Really confused on how you can screw up a simple order with no other people in line.makes sense WHY NO ONE COMES HERE won't be coming back here and will be getting in contact with corporate FOR A FULL REFUND!

Check your order. I came here twice for a tostada chicken salad, both times they gave me jus a salad. 2nd time I ordered double chicken on the salad n didn't get double. The service is fast but it needs to be correct at this location. So beware

I went to pick up an order, gave them the name, the guy said "We are working on it, it'll just be a couple minutes. " I waited 10 minutes then I asked if the order was almost ready, they guy told me to hold on. He was looking around then he talked to another employee and said "We don't have an order for **" I said "You don't even have the order and you told me you were working on it! " Unacceptable!
