Rocio is so helpful and professional. I was able to have all my questions answered and she is kind and polite. I appreciate her service and helpfulness towards patients. This was a great experience for me.

This is frustrating, I call the nurse hotline and they couldn't talk to me because they said there is no paperwork fill out that I can speak on his behalf.
I am crying, feeling so alone with him in pain as well. Spoke with a Nurse early around noon. She didn't mention anything about missing any paperwork. My dad is in pain.
When took him to the hospital they just told me to give him Tylenol for his pain. This is not working. I have no idea what to do and as I said early the nurse didn't want to talk to me are all because of missing paperwork.
This is so frustrating. On top of it they said there is nothing starting he has dementia so can't take my word on that either.

Don't even tell you, you need to come in before you can even make an appointment. I woke up at 630 to make appointment and they tell me I need to come in to apply first.

One star for professionalism at the front desk staff. No star for the actual dentist. DO NOT GO HERE AS AN ADULT WITH ACCCHS. They will tell you to keep taking medicine or give you the option to take your tooth out. You will not be given the best advice on how to stay healthy. Gum disease and tooth decay causes cancer. In Arizona adults must pay cash for dental care. I am sad that I do not meet the financial boundary to recieve the care I need. In america if you are poor you die. Medicine is designed to kill you. If you take it over a long period of time you are going to die faster.

If you have an insurance that cost too much go here they'll look you over evaluate you take care of you like any other doctor would for a lot less they have vision dental and health they're run by the state but they do a great job

I went for Labs. The lead tech used his expertise to draw 4 viles of blood on the first try! Most excellent.

Nothing more frustrating than inaccurate information. Operating hours says they open at 7am. When I arrive on site, a guard and employee tell me they does not open until 730am yet posted on the door says they open at 9am on a piece of paper taped to door. Very frustrating when you are trying to get to work on time.

Receptionist at pediatrics extremely rude and unprofessional! Major attitude! What a disappointment! But doctor is the best! These young ladies are all on their phones gossiping.

Appreciate and absolutely loved my experience the staff is very professional and friendly please keep in mind this is a very tough field to be apart of prayers to all those who choose to make our health their passion

Great clinic - they took my 85-yr-old mom on the last day before Christmas holiday (same day appt) and we will return forever now!

Was told there was a one parent in the back policy so now there's a bunch of people in the lobby which you think would spread covid faster. Plus I saw 2 parents leave from the back. If your going to enforce something at least do it evenly.
