This place is the best in the area! I accidentally told Mike the wrong model on my phone and he was still able to set me up right. Not everyday that folks are so helpful! My bad, but thanks a ton Mike. I'll be sure to spread the good word

Here on vacation and my home button on my phone quit working. Mike did something in my settings and put a home button on my screen to get me by until I can get home. No charge! What a great guy! Thanks Mike

I came there with my tablet to get help. They are super friendly and helpful. Also came back the next day with my phone it said it had a vires they fixed that problem also. I'm a older person that didn't grow up with computers. They are very caring and helping if you have any questions please go to them. You will get great service

Called and was explaining the details of the break on my iPhone 12+ and got told “Can I talk? ! ” In a very rude tone. You absolutely can talk, but not to me anymore. I’d rather sell this phone broken on eBay, than try to go through this company again.

They saved our daughters birth photos from my wifes old unfunctioning phone. Mike is amazing!

Called 9AM inquiring about S21 screen. Had replacement in stock. Drop-off phone at 10AM. Quoted, fixed & back into my hands in 2½HRS!

Amazing customers service, they were fast and friendly. I had a bunch of dirt in my charger port and they cleaned my port and all my speakers, I was in and out in 15 minutes!

Just beware I didn't have a good experience and most importantly please don't ever just give anyone your private information or password even if they push you to because they "have years of experience" Hopefully you have a better experience with them.

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone for phone or tablet repair! Fumbled my phone in the morning and completely shattered the screen. Dropped in on a whim to Electronics Repair Plus around 10 am to see if it could be fixed. By 12: 15 the same day, new front glass and a repaired camera glass. First place I've ever had a phone repaired & I've been back many many times! Super helpful & very nice people, that will always be ready to help! Not much that they can't fix & if they can't, they'll be 100% about it! Only once, outta many times I've busted a phone that couldn't be fixed! The concern was expressed that they could fix it, but couldn't be 100% on how long it may last! This place is Awesome, Trustworthy & Honest! Not to mention fast! Have used them twice and both times they fixed my phone. The first time the price was very reasonable and 1/2 the price a place in Phoenix was going to charge me. The other time they did not charge me at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable!
