Elements Massage - South Mesa

This Massage place is wonderful. Several of my family go to Elements Massage and love the staff here. I have seen Maria, she is amazing and now see Eren and she is awesome too! Highly recommend this place!

I had a deep tissue massage with Brandon and I was jello for the rest of the day! He got into many of my sore spots on my back muscles and really helped me to release a lot of the pain I had been holding on to. Thank you Brandon, I will be back for more!

ABSOLUTE BEST Massage I have EVER Received All Hands Down from Aldrin I Experienced a technique Shiatsu he uses combined w traditional. I could literally feel more healing & relief in Just this1 Only 1 hour session than Months really almost an entire year of reg. Monthly visits. I see now why good to try new people different better more effective massage As well.

I like the professional way they do business. They're friendly and really do care! I go there monthly for therapeutic massage on my right shoulder. Maria has been my masseuse for years. She is very attentive to my injured shoulder. She listens and knows exactly how much pressure to apply. I would highly recommend her and the staff at Elements Massage in South Mesa!

Caren was amazing! Deep pressure. I have her a 30% tip as they all deserve! She gave me the opportunity to not talk, which allowed me to really relax and enjoy the massage and the entire experience

Had a appointment at 5: 30 for about 2 weeks even had to pay upfront just in case I canceled which I wasn’t planning on. Received a call at 1: 30 the day of my appointment saying they are canceling and will need to reschedule for the next week. Sorry but 4 hour notice isn’t enough when I have to give 24 hours or I’m charged, doesn’t seem fair. Also when I called to reschedule they said I was still on today, until I kept repeating I got a call that they cancelled on me and then they found it. Luckily I repeated myself multiple times otherwise would of also wasted time driving down as well! Go to small business competitor this place is a Waste of Time!

The management at this location is horrendous. You will constantly get rescheduled, and if you have a complaint they really don’t care to resolve anything or care about your experience. When I finally was able to speak to the manager she never introduced herself and talked over me when I needed and wanted to be heard. I was told that I’d have to pay $15 extra on top of my monthly membership to see my specific therapist because he had obtained extra credentials. No additional services provided just that he had more expertise. Instead of paying their employee appropriately for seeking continued education, management wants the client to cover the cost. Cherry on top is that I adjusted my schedule today and came in earlier because they reached out to me to ask if I would so their therapist could get a break aka they once again didn’t manage their schedule appropriately. After arriving early as asked I was seen 15 minutes later, but my session still ended on time. When voicing my frustration about not getting my full time I paid for the manager said nothing except “would you like to leave gratuity”. Unreal. Take your money elsewhere or to a different location. Therapists are great however.

I've been to several Elements Massage and this one is top of the line! The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and welcoming and very much the same when I left. The reason I will stay here though is that my therapist was amazing! The best I've ever had! I went in after having a migraine for 2 days and walked out feeling so much better! The next day I felt great! She was extremely knowledgable and very kind. She listened to me and then was able to pinpoint areas that needed her attention. I already have another appointment made and will continue to visit this clinic. I highly recommend!
