Very friendly staff. Leccxy, the therapist, was very informative and a great listener, really understanding my problem areas and discussing mini stretches I could do to help with the tense muscles. 100% recommend Elements Massage!

It's very peaceful, relaxing and calm. When I called to make an appointment I received a VM, I decided not to leave a message and figured I would just call back later. But I did not have to do that, because I quickly received a call back when they saw they missed my call. That to me is service! My massage therapist was amazing. She listened to my concerns and asked me if the pressure was good or not and ALWAYS made me feel comfortable. If I needed.something adjusted or I needed the bed warmer warmer, she was on it. At the end, I loved it so much I signed up for a monthly membership, where I can use at any location. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone and everyone!

The location is very convenient and the environment was comfortable and inviting. The girls at the front desk were knowledgeable and easy and kind to work with. I was really pleased with my therapist and her ability to work out my pain points and apply deep pressure.

Very professional team. Found a great therapist that is helping me work through chronic bursitis issues with my shoulder.

I want to start off by saying the massage itself was awesome and the therapist Kiera was very thorough and did a great job. This review does not reflect her service at all.
I called into Element Massage earlier this week and the girl I spoke to asked me if I had ever been to Elements before. I told her I had at a different location. She took my name (she should have been able to see then that I had as well) and when I asked her prices, she quoted me $79 for 60 minutes and $139 for 90 minutes. I have it written down because I thought that was quite a jump in price for 60-90 but she agreed when I repeated it. I scheduled a 60 minute on Friday 3.31.23. After the massage, Jess (according to the receipt) at the front desk proceeds to tell me the massage is $119. I told her I was told $79 and in a very condescending tone and look, she says "Well, you've been here before". I looked her in the eye and said I am very aware I have been to a Elements before (not this one), and in fact, I used to be a member a few years ago. I also told her the girl I spoke to on the phone quoted me $79 and I think it's only fair I pay what I was quoted (I had no idea $79 was the first time rate). She told me I had to wait for her manager who was going to be coming in soon. I looked at her and said, you don't have a manager here at all times and she said no. I had to sit down and wait, not very long, maybe 10 minutes. I saw no her call no one, but whisper to her other coworkers and I saw only one girl come in at that time but if that was the manager, she should have spoke to me herself so I doubt it was. Finally Jess calls me back up and says "my manager said we can check you out for $79". Never saw this phantom manager and would have liked to talk to her myself but I had places to be and couldn't wait. While I stood there waiting to check out, I glance down and on a yellow pad of paper is written "She said to check her out at the $79 and then make a note in her profile not to schedule her again". I would assume that was about me and must have been a note from this phantom manager. Well, after this awful customer service experience, a note in my profile is not necessary, I WILL NOT be scheduling there again. I liked Kiera so much, I was going to talk to them about starting up my membership again but I refuse to deal with a business that treats customers like that. The funny thing is I am very reasonable and had Jess not come at me all condescending at the beginning, I would have likely just paid the $119 and then again, had a manager decided I was important enough to speak to, I would have agreed to pay the $119 and would have most likely been back. But seeing how this situation was handled, I will not be back and will not be adding this to the list of businesses I recommend for all my groups. I felt dismissed and there was no accountability taken on their part.steer clear if you want to be important or heard.

Ashley does amazing work. Her technique is spot on. She is very attentive and pays attention to the clients needs and requests.

You guys are very professional about what you love and are there for the caring needs of your clients and so forth I would highly recommend you to anyone that asks about getting a professional massage as I believe you guys love what you are doing and know what you are doing. Very comfortable space and suits to anyone's needs on how they need there massage done and don't try to give you something you don't want or need you recommend what is best for the client. Highly recommend to anyone
