Felt worse after massage. They offered me a free one but I decided not to go after bad experience.

I have been getting professional massages for years and I usually get one once a month. I am on vacation and needed a some place to get my monthly massage. This place looked legit.oh how wrong I was. First of all, way over priced. They are asking $99 for an hour massage and gave me a "discount" for it being my first massage this $69. The front desk gal was amazing and very prompt about everything and scheduling was extremely easy.
I showed up 10 min before my appointment, filled out the necessary papers but my therapist didn't even come and get me until 10 min after my scheduled time! Then I get to the back room for my massage and the therapist didn't have anything together. She didn't turn the bed heater on or even had her lotions there.
A few minutes into my massage and the therapist turns on an annoying fan.how can one relax with that noise? And then she didn't talk to me the entire time. Never asked about the pressure and never even read my chart. I specifically asked to not have my legs or feet rubbed and she spent majority of the time rubbing them and it hurt.
Most massage therapists make their massages have a flow and sense of balance, whatever you do the left side you do the right.no she was all over the place and it had no flow. One moment she's relaxing my neck the next she's down at my toes and she even tried popping my toes! No massage therapists are not suppose to pop anything!
Then towards the end of the massage she put my hair in a pony tail and tugged on it! I felt like she was trying to rip my fricken hair out it was horrible! I do NOT recommend this place. They even asked for a 20% tip at the end.yeah no not happening.

Calming office environment and professional staff. Easy to book appointments online. Would definitely recommend!

If you're in need of a good 'ol lip biting, deep tissue massage, make your appointment with Hector. I prefer a strong, yet strategic hand and Hector knows exactly how to take out all that tension. I leave in a daze not knowing who I am sometimes.since I'm so relaxed. Thanks Hector & Elements Massage!

I would definitely not recommend anyone to go to this Elements Massage. I had an unpleasant session and my massage therapist was switched without me knowing. I booked it with Jessica, but I didn't know it was another therapist until I checked out. I was offered for a complimentary session, booked it, couldn't show for a medical reason, they tried to charge me $50 for the no show. They said I couldn't make an appointment until I paid that.

Cancellation fees are 45 dollars for each person, my wife and I scheduled an appointment in our last session. We had forgoten about our appointment time. Usually I I receive a call 2 days before our appointment just in case we need to cancel or reschedule. But this time my wife had to call and ask when the appointment was. Therefore had to cancel for medical reasons and paid 90 dollars for cancellation. Manager called us and said it was our responsibility to remember the date and time of our appointment, and said that every location is different in the way they operate. We would’ve cancelled the
appointment if they would’ve called 2 days prior. All the manager could do was put the blame on us instead of taking it upon herself to see if at least there was anything else that could’ve been done due to the situation.

A great experience from phone call to office to massage. While I usually prefer a female masseuse; Hector did an incredible deep tissue. Highly recommended!

Everything! The entire staff is wonderful and my therapist, Amy is awesome! I look forward to my appointment every month and have been coming to this location since July 2016. I moved from Central Phoenix last March to North Phoenix but opted to stay at this location.

Look no further with a place to relax and unwind. Carroll and his team are amazing at what they do. They are inviting and very welcoming. Highly recommend Elements Massage!

I had a great experience! I've been to Massage Envy before and so I was expecting something similar, but I must say I enjoyed this experience. Your staff is fantastic, genuinely friendly and Melody was really great. I've never had a massage therapist I felt like I would request again, but I definitely would with her. I'll definitely be back again!

Element's massage therapists are not only educated on massage therapy, but educate you because they care! If you haven't tried them yet, do. You'll be glad yoy did! You will notice the difference!

Just had a massage yesterday by Jennifer and I have to say it was one of the finest massages I've ever had. Place is clean, professional and friendly. You can't go wrong with these guys

Tracy did a phenomenal job. She found some spots on my back and arm that she completely released and I feel so much better since that. Very friendly and educated me on some stretches and postures to help my hips and back. Knowledgeable and really pays attention.

The guest services ladies are very cordial and full of positive energy. The therapist I saw during my first visit was very accommodating. My last few sessions have been with Kemberlee, and she's outstanding. She's very friendly, very professional and gives great attention to detail. She's been a huge help with me recovering from some nagging injuries.
