Elevate at South Mountain, Phoenix AZ

I try to see the best in this place, yet if it's not one thing it's another. I do my stepfather's laundry because he's old but he still works. I noticed it is laundry is piling up so I offered to wash. The washers are small, The dryers are large but only one dryer works very well. I had to take them home to my house and dry all the clothes. It smells like marijuana all the time outdoors. I know it's legal but it stinks. He lives in the second bldg at that side is substandard compared to the rest of the place.

I’ve been at this property for 2 months at this community and the residents are very friendly. The community is clean and the apartments are renovated I recommend this apartment community.

Took a tour, very impressed with their 1 bedroom apartment model. The property was very clean as well and the manager Patricia was informative and pleasant. Would definitely move there and recommend this place to someone.

Patricia is so amazing. I lived here for 2 1/2 years and since Calcap has really stepped it up in the last 6 months.

I’ve been living at Elevate at south mountain for approximately 6 months and my experience has been amazing! I’ve seen many improvements since Patricia the manager and Jorge the maintenance starting working here. I recommend all to come and visit and see what a beautiful community we are.

I have been living in this community for about 4 years now and we have seen so many changes and been through different managers. Patricia has been the best, She has put this community first and makes an effort to make sure we are living in a nice community, Of all the managers I've experience in this place. New management is amazing, I have seen this place go from different managers that don't care and Patricia has gone above and beyond. She has done a lot to make this a better place.

My wife and I moved in 2 weeks ago and Patricia did an awesome job, showing us around, and made sure everything was in place for us to move in the same day we got our key. Very quiet & very clean, love that utilities are included and maintenance is on top of everything, George's energy is everything when things need to be done.

The apartments here are really nice and recently renovated. The property manager, Patricia is very friendly, flexible, and very helpful. It has been a pleasure working with her through the process of becoming a new tenant! Because of her and the maintenance staff, they have made the community feel like home and very welcoming. The area is quiet, clean and friendly plus an amazing view of the mountains and to the other side the view of downtown, its beautiful.

I been a resident for a total of 4 years and the new manager Patricia has been very helpful and the apartment community looks amazing.

The new management is doing a great job. Patrica has made many improvements. She is very responsive to what is needed in the apartment community. Patrica is very helpful with everything needed. We also have new sign upfront by the street, gated community at night.

When we first moved in you could never get in contact with the management but ever since Patricia has became management things have been a lot better, she doing things to make the apartments look clean and better and it’s so much easier to communicate now she responds very quickly and assures she does everything she can for you!

My bf and I just moved in about a month ago. With the help of the property manager we were able to get approved where other places denied us. If Patricia didn't go to bat for us we'd be homeless. We love living here, it's quiet, clean, and the new remodeled apartments are beautiful. There's two good size swimming pools and the laundry room is clean and 24 hours. And the washers and dryers alert you when your stuff is done! I love this place and am so happy that I found it! I recommend anyone looking for a quiet place that includes ALL utilities including internet then I suggest Elevate at South Mountain.

I had a horrible experience ever in my life and I’m sure I will not see something awful like this apartment.in first place is the bad maintenance, no security, gates are open 24/7. I promise I saw one homeless sleeping in the back of the building at night. It’s very small or I can say extra small and very expensive. My rent after the raise jumped up from 1350$ to 1790$ for one bedroom apartment MTM. And cockroaches are everywhere even after pest control. The management are not helpful no communication skills nothing. I swear once I called them I had a payment problem and I was out of state they replied on the 19th time of calling. I wish if there was negative stars l can give them. There was the previous management and they were good and qualified.

If I could put no stars I will the complex is trash they are unwilling to tend to any maintenance request because the new buyers are CHEAP. There is a bad roach problem here and the leasing office is barely attended to. DO NOT MOVE

I just wanted to let the Manager Jacqueline Rodriguez our community manager Thank you for being so Hard working and Understanding during these difficult times we all have been enduring. Because of her patience and willingness to work with Me, I was Blessed with funding from a place that she also recommended. Jacqueline took the time out to show me that she does care about what goes on with you and the community. We Need more managers like this in the world, More down to earth than most. Thanks for all your Help Jacqueline. Keep up the great work.

I’ve lived in this apartment for almost a year. Not the best place to live if I am being honest. My apartment has been sprayed for roaches at least 3 times since I’ve been here and they don’t get any better. Also, you can’t use your AC unless the 2 floors above or below you also have their unit switched to AC. So I’ve been roasting in my place for almost a week and there is nothing they can do about it apparently. The only perk is that utilities and internet are included.
