Very unprofessional! I had a new patient apt with Dr. Faybush earlier today. When she walked in my room, she hardly looked at me. I said, "Hi, how are you" She said, "very busy, but here we both are so. " Great first impression. She then informed me that she had no records to review from my previous dr. I told her that I had confirmed earlier that day, that her office had received what was sent. She said "It's not my job to review your records before you come see me". Yikes! She then asked about my past medication history. I told her what I knew, but did not know all the names. She said, there are only three medications for colitis and most patients know what they have taken" (very condescending - I have a MA btw). At this point (5 mins into the apt) I was done be belittled and told her I didn't think she was a match for me and left. Waste of time! I will be reporting this the Web MD and my health insurance company!

Dr. Faybush is wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about her. I have been a patient for over 8 years and would never go anywhere else. She is very nice/thorough/and genuinely cares about her patients. Wished all docs could be like her.

Front desk personal were very polite. It took about half an hour before I saw the doctor. Doctor Faybush was polite and thorough. I was very pleased with the service that I was given.

Dr Faybush is experienced, professional. She takes the time to explain, allow for questions, to get to know her patients. I am very confident in her care.

The office staff was friendly and efficient when entering the office. Dr. Faybush reviewed my health history, we discussed prep options to future procedure. I did not feel rushed, all my questions were answered, and felt well prepared for scheduled procedure. Hard copy instructions were provided when leaving office. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Faybush.

What a wonderful doctor! She squeezed me in last minute for a non-emergency appointment. Explained things thoroughly, was kind, listened, and presented me with options. Highly recommend.

I have always appreciated the care and concern from Dr Faybush, however my last visit felt rushed and nothing was resolved. Still in pain and not sure what to do now.
I still recommend coming here, but would like to have an action plan for treatment or diagnosis.

She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend her for all your Gastro needs.

Dr Faybush spends a good amount of time with you to address all your needs. She takes the time to listen, and she really cares about her patients. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have used her office exclusively for 10+ years. I would recommend Dr Faybush to everyone.
