Ive been getting regular pedicures for 20 years twice a month and this was honestly the worst pedicure I've ever had. They don't use any type of callous file. I requested one twice after the technician seemed to have completed the callous areas after requesting the most expensive package which included callous removal service but she did not remove them. Her English was limited but technician next to her spoke great English and stated they don't use them. So why have it on your service menu? Massage lasted only a minute on each foot despite requesting additional time for longer massage with an up charge also included in more expensive package. Nails are is awful. Polish outside nails. Had to request her to remove it twice. The girl next to had same issue with polish. The technician she had couldnt even deliverva simple white tip on her toe. Haha. Dont waste your time. I was very specific with what services I wanted. I mentioned situation to owner who came in to the shop long after my polite third attempt regarding callous removal. Owner was also awfully rude. Said technician didnt speak good English and said I was rude and spoke to her like a slave. Seriously? This guy was a complete tool. I'd never talk down to anyone but do question a service if it's not done or done incorrectly If you have employees who are offering a service and they cant communicate then you should step in to assist. I simply made my requests three times and finally gave up. Needless to say I left and went to another salon who was able to perform services requested with no issues. This was the worst salon I've ever been in. Don't waste your time or money there.

We were in the area for a buddies wedding and operating on a tight schedule. I called in to make an appointment, they received my girl at the agreed time and out shortly after. Thank you for the efficient service and hospitality.

Got an appointment right away. Clean. Young man who painted my toe nails did not to a good job. Did not smooth my nails before polishing and missed the tips. Polish was clumpy.
