EM Lash Studio 19th ave & Bell Road, Phoenix AZ

I didn't have an appointment and the ladies working at EM Lash Studio were more then happy to take walk-ins. I needed my cluster lashes redone. She explained to me the difference between the three kinds of cluster lashes. I ended up getting the real hair lashes. There not as long as the other lashes but they do look very nice. It only cost me about $35.00 and I gave a nice tip for taking me in without having a appointment. Thank you EM Lash Studio.

I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed at this location. After the session, there was a lot of painful tingling under my eyebrows and on my lip, so I had to ask the technician to apply aloe gel to those areas to soothe it. The next day, I started my vacation with huge bruises under both eyebrows and it was painful. I texted them and emailed them with pictures. But no response so far. When I went to them after my vacation and told them what happened, she just said sorry and that it had never happened before: (

Nice staff, but bad skills I got my eyelashes done and there was too much glue. It was sticking to my bottom lashes, and it was uneven. I really like the staff but the eyelashes looked really bad and I had to take it off the next day because it felt so heavy. I’ve gotten my eyelashes done multiple times before, they felt heavy because of the glue. Not because of the lashes. And you could still see residue of glue on the lashes afterwards, it was a mess. Sorry ladies but that was a bad experience for me: (would not come back to get lashes done. But they were really nice and welcoming.

I have been to so many beauty salons/ studios and by far, this beauty studio has been the best one I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here now for about 6 months, and I love it. The services I get here is Brazilian wax, eye brow threading, eye brow tinted, and regular wax, and since day one I’ve haven’t had any issues with the outcome of my services. It’s so worth every penny. Since day one the manager, and all the employees were professional, sweet, kind, and were very helpful to me. They all welcomed me with kind hearted love. The manager is so so sweet and I recommend this studio to anyone. Jenny and Sophie work on all of my services and they are awesome at their work and they love what they do. They will make sure you come out feeling great and refreshed. Come by and give them a try. You won’t regret it.

The customer service was really good the girls here are sweet. I feel way too much glue was used. I had to remove that lashes the next day due to the amount of glue. Luckily I didn’t lose too many of my natural lashes when I removed them.

Sophia was do amazing and sweet! She took care of my lashes and brows, she got me poppin again! I love her!

Sophia is AMAZING! She is kind and professional and listens to what you want. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit EM lash. My eyebrows are always flawless!

I had my eyebrows threaded by Aisha and they came out the best they've ever looked. Definitely my go to spot for threading for now on. I recommend anyone and everyone that wants their eyebrows threaded to go there and see Aisha. She does an amazing job! Thank you Aisha, I'll be seeing you again soon!
