Avoid to move loads with this broker, they steal money from drivers doing their job, if you request them a Lumper fee they take $15.00 away from your Rate Confirmation because they said is cash advance, that is awful driver is doing the job, they charge the full money to the customer and deduct money to the driver.

Moved a load for them once picked up the load no communication with Mario bunch of calls and emails still no answer They take more than a week to send your invoice to the EPAY so cause you to receive your money in more than a month definitely will not work with them. Be careful

Please avoid booking loads with Ethan Lam. We wanted to book a load from Fayetteville, NC to Columbus OH in the first place. He then suggested that we get short local run in Fayetteville, NC (less than 20 loaded miles), plus take the load going to Ohio that we wanted. So we took both loads hoping that short 20 miles load will be quick and easy on and off and we would make it for the pickup by 6PM for the load going to OH. My truck was delayed at the pickup for that short run and ofc he was delayed at delivery. Ethan removed us from the next load going to OH, even though my truck was empty at 5: 14PM and he was only 8 miles away from the next pickup. He recovered the load behind our back, stopped answering my phone calls and just said "Nothing I can do". All this time and all day he was receiving updates via email, and still decided to remove us from the load. One of the worst experiences ever!

Hauled a load for these guys and they made errors with the ratecon. The broker was supposed to send a updated ratecon but he never sent it and he stopped responding to my emails. Broker name Zach Graveno.

Worst broker in the country took 500$ from our load because we submitted the the paperwork 1 day late and it was a weekend load bearly paying 2$ a mile will never use them again, stay away guys you are on the road all day driving for nothing and they are multi milion dollar company

Their broker is not answering, we paid lumper fee from our pocket but we could not get it yet. They are not responding calls and emails.

Be careful when booking with Mario Rodriguez. He owes us a cancellation fee, and instead of trying to work something out, he decided to completely ignore every email and phone call attempt. Even if he could not pay for this, he should have at least explained why and not just completely abandoned a carrier that was doing consistent work with no issues. It's very distasteful and I will suggest being very cautious when working with this company.

This broker did not pay us, we cover the load 8 months ago from midwest to East never answer phone calls we have file claim!

Like doing buisiness with Emerge Logistics. As always, I am very satisfied with the service provided by this company. Highly recommended. The team is very responsible, open and available.
