Gerald Largo came over today for the service of my a/c unit.he couldn’t have been more professional and informative.i really appreciated him using foot coverings and explaining, in great detail, the issues of my system and what he had to do to fix it.thank you Emergency Air for employing a great service tech.

The gentlemen that came to provide services were thorough, knowledgeable and demonstrated exquisite customer service.

AC failed on Friday night, scheduled my service for Saturday morning. Tech showed up diagnosed and quickly fixed my system.

Manger - Drew was very knowledgeable and on top of the service that I was requesting & found someone right away to come the same day.
Service Tech - Angel was very pleasant and friendly man with a smile. He was very knowledgeable in everything that was needed to be done and he got right to work quickly and efficiently. Angel cleaned up when he was finished and made sure that I checked his work and was happy with the job before he left.

My technician was 3 hours late. I had to wait for him all day. When he arrived, he took my equipment apart, trying to find something wrong with it so his company could make a claim on the warranty. Nothing was wrong. He was supposed to arrive between 10 and 2. He left at 6: 30 pm.

Gerald Largo was an exceptional technician! I gave him 5 stars because he went above and beyond to be respectful of my property and wore shoe covers anytime he came in my house. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. I would highly recommend his services!

Kendrick came yesterday and did the maintenance on my air conditioner. He found an incredibly dirty filter in the unit and since it got too dark to continue, he came back today and did extra service cleaning the filter and did an exceptional job.
He is very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciate the job he performed and I appreciate him as a lovely human.

Superb! They arrived on time introduced himself in a very professional manner. Explain the process and went to work. They took extra effort to explain their work and their findings. They made the effort to thoroughly clean the coils on that compressor unit. This is something that had been half hardly done by other air conditioning companies in the past. Definitely a first class operation. I would happily refer them to other friends in the future. Thank you gentlemen!

Representative thoroughly checked out the A/C system including diagnostics equipment and thermostat settings/controls. Identified a part that was faulting intermittently, and replaced. The system is functioning again. Representative assigned was professional, considerate and competent. Thank you Broc!

Chris came out and diagnosed the problem we were having with our AC units. He gave us every option to fix the problem and was so extremely helpful. I would recommend Emergency Air to anyone needing HVAC services.

Gerald largo was amazing he was very personable and knowledgeable. He went over everything he was doing today and if there was anything else he could take care of or look at while he was here, he was able to explain my warranty and explain the reasons behind changing specific parts. If it were not for the amazing service from Ryker and Gary, I would not have given 5 stars. However, they immediately apologized for the issues I had with scheduling the services and then got to work. They were efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with this company.
