Empire Headquarters reviews
4I was at Empire on 4/1/22 to pick up parts for my husband and after leaving I realized I had a flat tire so I pulled into the main entrance and the nicest young man pulled in next to me I asked if he could move to the other side of me so my husband could change the tire when he got there. He pulled over to the other side and came back over and said he would change it for me. No easy task I drive a Prius so very low to the ground. His name is Bronson and this young man went above and beyond customer service in an age of "we're short staffed you get what you get" Bronson is a shining star and deserves to be recognized for going the extra mile even after the sale was done. I want Jeff Whiteman to know he has an exceptional employee in this young man. Bronson thank you again for being so kind!
My car broke down at this place all weekend long and the security was very very nice give me enough time to get it out of there and kept an eye on it and I really appreciate them
#1 Friday around 1 pm a security guard told me if I get there early I could unload my load. Got there sat at 9am and a very nice security guard helped me but was told by workers that I would have to come back Monday.
#2 Empire cat if you have people there on the weekends choose one person to be able to sign a delivery drivers paperwork. It makes me very angry that there are people there and I can unload them myself and yall don't have a person that can sign my paperwork.
For some reason Caterpillar has still decided not to put O rings on parts that obviously need a new O ring. It would be ok if they trained their parts personnel to inform the customer of this. Sometimes it comes with it and sometimes it doesn’t. So here I sit with an 1800$ injection pump and no o ring to install it. Now I have to call and make more work, lost time and frustration for all parties involved. I am sure Caterpillar will Still do nothing to fix this problem. I just had to vent before I waste half a day get a stupid o ring. Thanks for nothing.
