3Sloppy techs. Left hoses rubbing on turbo oil lines and didn’t bother cutting any of their zip ties underneath the cab.
ZERO STAR RATING- MIKE SHANNON and BRET BURNS earned the worst dealership award! These two will play games with paperwork, the ARIZONA DMV, CALIFORNIA DMV, and CAT FINANCIAL. When you call to ask for help they are rude and will tell you "NO" to the things you need to finish registration and fix problems created by their own incompetent performance of their office jobs. MIKE SHANNON laughed at me when I was having problems registering a trailer in California, he even scanned a copy of the paperwork I needed, then told me he couldn't send it to me. I called his boss, BRET BURNS and got more attitude and EVEN MORE ARROGANCE! This place looks good, but you should run from them. They are only interested in getting in your pocket, and once they are, they will not help in the slightest way. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CARNIVAL AGAIN!
First time having them work on the motorhome and it is off to a great start. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dan, my service manager seems to be a great guy to work with.
