Love the podcast! It really does give practical tips and tricks to improve marriages complete with examples. They def promote marriages but don't skip over some of the difficult parts. They're also succinct and not long winded. It's great to hear both sides of the stories and what one said/felt vs what the other person heard and how life can add to the struggles and thus something comes out differently than intended.

This podcast has been extremely helpful in my long term relationship. We get along most of the time but when we fight in can be terrible. These guys have helped me to take a step back and learn to disagree, even argue sometimes, but with more love and empathy, and to recover from those spats much quicker. Highly recommended!

Staying in love with each other as the years pass

I have been reading your post on Instagram and now I started listening to your podcasts. I also am taking part in the 30 day challenge and we are on day 27 and I really think the 30 day challenge is such a great way to connect and show each other how much we mean to each other and that a conscious effort is being made towards each other.
I think when you discussed the certainty and uncertainty is so true. I think when one does something that isn't expected, no matter how small it is, it really does make a difference, make you feel special and put a smile on your face, at least for me.
I have been working my fiance now for 1 and. Half years and we both came from bad marriages and are divorced. I have 4 kids, he has 1 and now we have a 4 month old together, so it is hard to find quality time for each other, hence why I have been trying my best and reading and listening to podcasts to try and improve anyway I can. I agree no matter how busy, time needs to be made and I have no problem with getting creative. I agree with so much of what you say and I'm so open to all the advise. My fiance is definitely a little down these days because he feels we don't have any time together and we are always running the kids around and it doesn't leave anytime for us. Like I said I try my best to make the time, but hearing him say this and feel this way makes me want to try even harder as best I can. Again, we have 6 kids all together so it is very time consuming but I agree quality time needs to be there for us. I will continue to listen to podcasts and read and I'm always open to new ideas and putting in the work.
Overall, I think the podcast was very informative and helpful, so thank you.

Dear Freemans,

My wife Leanne and I would love to thank you for the podcasts you put together. It has helped us communicate better in a healthy way. Especially knowing the differences between repairing a fight and the resolution of a fight. I know for us it was easy for us to invalidate each other before listening to your podcasts, but now we can take a step back and reflect more on our words. I know for me, I am more cognizant on how my responses affect Leanne. Thank you again

Solid podcast. Their 30-day challenge was helpful by giving real, specific tasks to perform in order to better show affection and love. It's the perfect reminder that I needed to not take anything or anyone for granted - especially that one person (spouse) you care about most. Thank you.

I really appreciate having found your podcast. It's been a bumpy 3 years with 2 kiddos joining our family and your podcast has made me see the roles and work that needs to be done on both sides to make a relationship work, and not only work but thrive. I've just downloaded the guides and look forward to learning more from that.

My husband & I had a 2 on 2 private session with The Freemans last week, we have also been doing the 30 Day Challenge this month. We weren't sure if we would get much accomplished in the 1 hr session, but WOW have we been surprised. The session opened up a new understanding of each other, and really helped us get to the core of where we have been getting stuck in a cycle of things going well for a few weeks, then going down hill. The models they presented us were easy to understand, and to the point. All the while, the 30 Day Challenge has really motivated and sparked reconnection in our relationship as new parents. We highly recommend ANY content from The Freemans.

Aaron and Jocelyn are the real deal!   They are authentic and genuine.

We found ourselves stuck in recurring unhealthy relationship patterns that we really wanted to change.   The Freemans' compassionate, yet assertive, coaching approach, helped us to recognize those patterns and offered a fresh perspective with practical tools to implement.    They are so encouraging and supportive and really focus on being a team.

If you are looking to improve or enhance your relationship, you need to check them out!   Besides coaching, they offer so many helpful, relatable resources that are easy to digest (web classes, workshops, printable guides, books, podcast, etc).   You will not be disappointed!
