Our fire alarms were going off randomly late evening. Thank you to Emmett for coming by to fix them. Also Felicia in the leasing office was so kind to me when it came to changing out our new fob a while back, she is always helpful whenever I need assistance. Thank you Encantada for them.

Rented my Dream apartment here!
Modern, Clean, Fresh and Quiet. Front Desk, office staff & Maintenance staff are top notch, very professional.

I was assigned the wrong carport and mail box. The carport generated some issues with my door neighbor what was stressful.

The move was smooth and the apartment is nice. Our only headache is non-functioning cable outlets. We tried to get the cable company (Xfinity) to deal with it, but they scheduled an appointment and failed to show up. We are getting along with a splitter from the one functioning jack and a long cable.

All went well except for two items.
Bob Initially, we were given the wrong mailbox number. I realized this when I tried the key and it did not work. The woman then apologized as she told us the correct mailbox number.
The second issue was this same woman gave us the incorrect parking lot space. This led, last night, to an ugly incident with the resident who had the same spot. This problem was corrected this morning with our getting the correct parking space number.

I’ve lived here two separate times (once in 2021 and currently) and I’ve absolutely loved it. The staff are always pleasant and make you feel like you matter. The amenities are fantastic as they gym, pool, and free coffee are always a nice touch. While there can be bugs (it’s Arizona let’s be real) the apartment offers services to take care of issues. Additionally, Rodney is the head of management and he is THE MAN! If you want a nice living experience, I’d consider giving this apartment a try.

We were badly in need of a new kitchen faucet after the old one had been breaking down over the last four years. We asked for a new one, and very fast we came home to a new one! Thank you!

Warren was really terrific on his follow up to get my maintenance order taken care of.he gets a 5.the only reason for a 4 star overall rating is due to the length of time it took for the order to get taken care of. Warren didn't even work at DM when I first opened it. While it was not an urgent request, it should not have taken over 5 weeks to complete.

I've lived at this complex for about 2 and a half years, it was an amazing place to live up until about a year ago. From then everything has gone down hill and I've been really disappointed with the management and complex as a whole. I have been dealing with loud upstairs neighbors for the past year and have made numerous noise complaints about the issue. This is not just the normal noise of living downstairs, these are footsteps that shake my walls enough to move my hanging decor and loud enough that I can hear them through noice canceling headphones. They keep me up at night and wake me up in the morning. I was told that these are "normal" and I am routinely told that the office can't do anything because my neighbors "have a right to be comfortable in their own apartment". When asked if I am not afforded the same comfort and about lease stipulation that I will be afforded quiet comfort, specifically against the sound of footsteps, I am given excuses and stuttered responses. Maintenance has also slipped through the cracks, maintenance requests are often unanswered and just closed out in the system. The gates haven't worked more than a few weeks at a time the entire time I have lived here, although I'm sure I've continued to pay for the luxury of a gated complex. I hear complaints from fellow residents regularly, so these are not isolated incidences. I'm hoping something changes within the management office to ensure that the complex can go back to where it was before. I loved my first year and a half and I hope that something can change so I can enjoy the remainder of my lease.

Our move-in experience was smooth thanks to Mary (& Rowan) - We had been having some issues with paying initial costs via mobile on our drive over, so Mary provided us with a laptop when we arrived, and we were able to quickly complete the process. She also offered that we could do the walk-through inspection the following day if it worked out better for us instead, which helped out tremendously since we were on a time-crunch at that moment. We really appreciated the flexibility.

We already feel so "at home" in our new place, despite having so many things to unpack still. The unit feels updated and spacious inside, and the common areas/amenities around the property are very satisfactory.

Lastly, I had put in a work order regarding a window screen needing to be readjusted/popped back into place. Rodney (so sorry if that isn't exactly the correct name/spelling - I have a terrible time with names initially.) was so professional when he came over and efficiently fixed the screen. He proceeded to introduce himself as the relatively new Assistant Director (I believe was his title?), and said he had noticed that our work order hadn't been attended to yet, so he took it upon himself to come over and help since it sounded like maintenance had their hands full at the moment. I thought that was very kind of him, and shows that he takes initiative.

Overall, we are very happy so far with our decision to move here. I look forward to gradually getting more settled in:). "Thank you" to the Encantada Dove Mountain team!

One of the nicest places I've ever lived. The whole property is very well maintained, and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub, theater, and other amenities are great. The other tenants are mostly older and quiet. I happily recommend this place to anyone interested.

Lived here for about 2 years and it is a beautiful, peaceful complex. Apartments are in good condition and the grounds are well kept. Front desk staff was always nice and welcoming. The gym was well-maintained as was the pool. Little pricy for rent but to be expected for what you are getting and the area. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because the maintenance department is terrible. I had multiple issues with them over the years and anything they can cut corners on they absolutely will, just lazy, rude and ill-motivated employees. Would rent here again but don't expect top-notch or rapid service from maintenance.
