Exclusive gated community where our friends have a second home. Astounded by all the greenery of the golf course, although artificial lawns around homes. Every other place we toured on our SW trip was suffering from drought and declining water conditions. Friendly residents, nice amenities. Even rabbit and roadrunner on lawn at the clubhouse!

Our family had a lovely Sunday brunch at Encanterra! I had the hash with eggs which was delicious and someone else in our party had the biscuits and gravy which was great! Looking forward to going back for the fish fry. It's nice to go out to eat and have a staff that is so good at what they do as well as enjoy their customers.

Paradise in San tan valley. Best place to settle. Calm, beautiful, and refreshing. If you want to retire in paradise then live in encaterra.

La Cocina, located in the Encanterra clubhouse, is a great space for entertaining friends and family affairs. With an outside patio and fire pit included, we hosted a party of 30 comfortably.

Love this space amenities of demo kitchen, extra large island for buffets, and wet bar, sink, prep area and refrigerator/freezer in one location.

The staff configured the room to spec. Complete with directional signs for guests at all entries.

Went for the 4th of July BBQ and celebration. The food was amazing. Buffett style with lots of variety.

Great community for all lifestyles. Golf, friends, entertainment. They pay attention to detail.

I visited the nail spa, and I had thee best experience. I highly recommend this place for nail care!

Beautiful community that includes gorgeously landscaped homes, golf course and top notch amenities. People and staff are friendly and welcoming. Close to shopping and about an hour to Phoenix.

Our friends live here and this was our first visit. The subdivision is very nice and the amenities are plentiful and high end quality. We ate at Palma and everything was wonderful as we looked out o to the golf course ponds.

It's a beautiful place to behold and enjoy complete with a pride of lonely cougars in nice cars. I'd love to go on safari there.

5 Star Resort Lifestyle living at its best. They're nearly built out.

We originally considered buying here but waited too long and can no longer afford it in the current homes market.

Our loss but we would still highly recommend it to anyone who has the budget. Homes are quality construction with quality materials.

The clubhouse, pool, bars, restaurants and amenities are amazing. Food is spectacular. If you didn't want to venture out you wouldn't need to because you have everything you need a golfcart ride away.

Attended a baby shower here. The clubhouse has everything you will need to feed and entertain. The grounds are spectacular. Great experience overall

Encanterra is the most amazing oasis between the immaculate facilities, the golf course, club house. The management of the facility is top notch. The greatest attraction of all is the people of encanterra.

I have lived here for 4 yrs. Ammenites are overcrowed. Alcohol is a big focus on everything here.
IMO Alcohol is pushed to much
by management. The HOA targets people in the community and others are given privileges to do what they want. Rules inside the gates are just a suggestion which include speeding, running stop signs and drunk driving. This place is The Big Lie. Run.

Ooh, this place is very beautiful. My mother in law lives there and we love visiting her. She has walked us around the place and we’ve seen some of the amenities and I can’t blame her for wanting to be there. ALONE! It’s beautiful and I would hope to retire in a place similar to that one.

Wow, what an amazing place with views everywhere. The service at the coffee shop to the restaurant is fantastic. The community is friendly and welcoming.
