I love how much the staff openly loves all the animals. They were very thorough and I felt very good about the service.

Encanto is the best! I cannot recommend them enough, the staff is so patient and kind. Dr. Chance saw my dog Bethany recently and really took the time to make sure Bethany was relaxed and happy during her appointment and also to explain everything to me and different treatment options. I really felt that Bethany and I were really heard and taken care of.

I moved to Tucson this summer and was initially going to a different vet. After having a problem recur soon after being treated for it once, I decided to try a different clinic. I chose Encanto based on the good reviews it had on Yelp. I am very pleased with my experiences there. My dog was initially treated for an ear problem, and when I was having difficulty with the ear drops, on the checkup visit Dr. Chance offered the option of a different medicine that would stay in his ears so we wouldn’t have to do ear drops. My dog was SO happy! We had to return again for a heart worm test and a bump on his paw. He left with a cone of shame, but he is doing great now. They do excellent work and take great care of my dog, even though he can be quite the drama queen sometimes! I’m glad I tried the different clinic because Encanto is now my go-to clinic.

We moved to Tucson in January 2017. We went through several vets before we found Dr Kranch at encanto. One of my dogs had two autoimmune diseases and I needed someone who would get it. Dr Kranch is as good as my vet back in NC. She gives my dog excellent care, as well as my other dogs. The staff is so caring and very compassionate. I’ve used them for boarding and when I picked my dogs up they were very happy.

For many years Dr. Ireland has been there for my rescued Siamese pet family. Never have I encountered a more dedicated doctor.personally calling after visits for pet updates, and taking the best care of my pets. He treats my pets as if they were his own. The entire team is outstanding when it comes to personal service and dedication.

Absolutely LOVE Encanto! Everything about them. The front staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors are amazing. We see Dr. Nausley for our two miniature schnauzers and he's just terrific. You can tell he really cares about their well-being and health and goes above and beyond to help. We had a serious heart scare with one of them in the last year and Dr. Nausley was beyond amazing. The clinic itself is just a tad on the more expensive side, but the good care is worth it!

Best vet clinic in Tucson! I thought I was going to pay an arm and leg for their services, but it was very affordable. Dr. Nausley and the vet tech were also very nice and experienced. I will definitely make this my primary clinic for my dog. Thank you!

We had to put our cat down. They were compassionate and understanding. One of the hardest things to do but I’m grateful to Dr. Ireland and staff for making our good-byes less stressful.

The staff is very friendly. I have a good experience from start to finish. My kitties always get thoroughly checked out at every visit and when I do have issues with my pets, their vet always solves the problem. They are always healthy and all better when I bring them home from Encanto. The prices are kind of high for my liking but it’s worth it, for the services they provide and the work they do for my kitties. I would recommend them to a friend or anyone else looking for a primary pet clinic.

I started coming here years ago when we brought an out-of-town family member's cats to be euthanized. They were so compassionate, and since we were looking for a new vet for our own pets, we decided to try them out. Drs. Ireland and Kranch are simply amazing. In addition to being compassionate, they are thorough, knowledgeable, and considerate of our budget. The staff is also second to none! I wouldn't consider taking my pets anywhere else.

Clean environment and prompt service. Vet Assistant initially cool but warmed up quickly and was friendly and very efficient. Prices somewhat high. Vet, Dr. Ireland, friendly, informative and made recommendations.

What an amazing and caring group of people. From the girls at the front desks to the assistants to the Doctors themselves, everyone is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. In addition to the amazing care that the are providing for my Cat and Dog, they are very reasonably priced (and I have been to many vet offices) and are not pushy and do not offer unnecessary services and treatments. I have finally found our permanent veterinarian office. Thank you all.

I was refered to Encanto by another animal hospital that couldn’t take me as a walk-in. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and comfortable. The doctor fixed up my baby and never had me doubt her abilities. She was kind and straightforward, and I felt that the entire staff truly cared about helping my pup to the best of their ability. Also, the prices were very reasonable for everything we had done. Highly recommended!

My wife and I just moved to Tucson AZ, from Colorado Springs CO about six weeks ago. We were in need of a new Vet for our annual vaccines that were comming up in a few months, and after some online searching we decided on a place called Sabino Pet Care. However a few days back, our 2 year old Dachshund/Terrier would not touch her food (which is VERY odd for her), and was just acting off. We called Sabino to see if they could take her in, but they were fully booked for three days; which was very disappointing. So after a quick search, we seen Encanto Pet Clinic had near perfect reviews, and was less than 10 minutes from us. We called and they said they could take her in within only 90 min time! When we came in we were greeted by a very nice receptionist as well as a beautiful purple fish tank (not the most important thing, but I thought it was cool). After only a 5 minute wait, we were shown into the exam room and met our new VT, Ally. Ally far exceeded our expectations, she was informative, confident, knew exactly what she was doing, and overall had a very fun and laid-back personality. After she was done with the standard VT questions (signalment, nutrition, stuff like that), and after only a 3-5 minute wait, we were greeted by Dr. Ireland. Dr Ireland started by introducing himself and asking some basic question about the issue at hand. While he was doing this, VT Ally was doing a full body exam with her hands, making sure to not only restrain the patient, but also comfort her and check all the major areas for abnormalities. This was just something small I noticed, and was very impressed with. Most VTs skip doing these small things and just try to get through things as quick as possible, but not VT Ally. Within about 2 minutes, Dr. Ireland immediately recommended an anal gland expression, which is something my wife and I never even thought of. After a quick 30 second procedure, our girl was back to her normal self, happy and eating. Most vets would of seen we were new customers, and requested about 10 tests before even giving an opinion. But Dr Ireland looked at the signs, made a diagnosis, and immediately went to correct the problem. He also recommended an all-natural product to help with the situation in the future, as well as some helpful tips and things to look out for. Dr Ireland has the look of someone with experience and compassion. You can tell by the look in his face, he has seen thousands of animals over his life, and has the experience and confidence to tackle any issue that comes his way. Just the type of doctor my wife and I were looking for. After paying only $70 for everything, and leaving within 30 minutes of getting there, my wife and I started talking in the car on the way home. Even though we were planning on going to go to Sabino for our pets care, the standards and execution of Encanto completely blew us away. Our animals were comfortable there, they were able to take us in for an emergency very fast, the price was fair, VT Ally is super nice and extremely helpful, and Doctor Ireland is very well experienced and overall, a brilliant man. Once we arrived home, we made sure to call our old vet and have all our medical records send over to Encanto Pet Clinic immediately, as they have earned our trust and will be our long-term vet clinic going forward. Dr. Ireland is an excellent veterinarian. The staff is competent and compassionate. I've always felt that my precious animals were in good hands. I recommend this practice highly.
