Encore Casita Verde, Casa Grande AZ

Very nice Encore RV Park. Love the Citrus Trees loaded with fruit. Excellent dog walking area. A very nice sense of community with friendly folks who will chat you up in a micro second.
Will stay here again!

This is an older, simple park with about half park models, small pool, hot tub and laundry. Very quiet here.

Be aware that maps shows an incorrect location and will route you to the Casa Verde Estates mobile home park. I put in an edit but have no idea how long (if ever) Google will take to correct it.

Very clean place an the people were friendly the whole park resort grounds were kept up nicely lot space is very reasonable I would consider moving in here when the time comes will highly recommend to my friends

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in this campground. I wish I could give a million stars! Everyone is so kind! From the neighbors to the main office staff to maintenance staff. The park itself is perfectly located—close to grocery stores and shopping! But also has a lovely walking path that’ll make you feel closer to nature— perfect for cool evenings! The pool was always super clean and bathrooms were spotless! (Shower pressure was great too!) All around the perfect park for a short OR long term stay. We just left a week ago and already miss it like crazy!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Restrooms were clean, shower curtains need replaceming badly. Great neighbors, quiet & awesome location! The best part was the JACUZZI! Oh my goodness! Laundry was convenient & always available, it was AWESOME!

Was not a good experience for us. We stayed there for 5-6 seasons. The residents were great but the last 2 years was not fun. 2019 was the last year we spent there.

Great little retired community and Rv park. Every one is very friendly from office staff to local neighbors. We really appreciate the manager and front office Helena working with our timing to come to stay here. We had an accident and we’re supposed to be there a certain day but due to things beyond our control. We thought we had lost our money and spot. But after several conversations with helena she assured us we would not loose our spot, plus they accommodated the timing of rental! They are great people. Donna the maintenance works really hard keeping the grounds nice. Kudos to her too. Quiet and beautiful. I definitely recommend this place close to highways, shopping-and food. I live here year-round it is the best place in all of Casa Grande. The management and employees are absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Donna our groundskeeper she goes so far above what is required it is not funny.

Nice place to stay, everyone pleasant and welcoming. Can't go wrong staying here. First season we liked so much we bought a park model so we will be returning.

We've been here for 2 weeks and pull out tomorrow. We've enjoyed the people, the pool, the comradary. The virus issues kept us from getting some Amazon orders on time as they just aren't open on weekends. You also can't use the community WiFi except at the office/community room, although you could sit outside on the chairs (2) to get on the computer. If you don't have dish TV you'll need an antenna, but that works fairly well. Good news.you can use your credit card to pay for your laundry by the load. There is a nice variety of shopping and some interesting sights to see. Good place to hang out!
