Energy shield showed an exceptional level of workmanship and professionalism at each step of the process. The entire Job was complete by in three days which included installation of a new 13' glue lam header and a 12' multislide window/door. Each of the 3 or 4 teams were punctual and knew what they were doing. The finish crews made the drywall and stucco appear that it was original equipment. When they were done it was cleaner than when they started. This is the second job they have completed for us and we would highly recommend them and we would use them again.

They showed up when they said they would and finished the job early. Everything was done right.

Ennis was my Sales Contact and he was Absolutely Great. He was out two times and I felt sorry for him; I live in an Adult Active Community and our HOA is very difficult, but Bless His Heart he helped me work through it and get the windows installed.
I Love Them, especially my Beautiful Picture Windows, they are Awesome.
In fact I had neighbors stop and call me letting me know how Great they looked.

We had Energy Shield replace all windows and a sliding door at our residence. The cost was very competitive with other companies offering a similar product. The work was done exactly on the day promised when the contract was signed. The company workers were very professional, paid attention to detail and kept the home very clean. There were 6 or 7 workers who knew exactly what job had to done at a given time.they finished the job in one day. We highly recommend Energy Shield for window or patio door replacement.

Very professional from start to finish. The pricing was great and the communication through the whole process was outstanding. The installation crew leader was Ramone and he was great! He explained the installation process in depth and answered any questions that we had. We used Energy Shield to replace 17 windows and 1 sliding glass door. We would recommend them for any project, large or small.

From beginning the process to the end, you cannot find a better company to deal with. From the first call, the ladies in the office (top notch), to the owner Ennis (pure of heart), to Juan that came out to measure and answered ALL my questions, to last but not least the installers, you could not ask for better help and service. And service, is what separates them for the rest, you have questions, ask, and they do not make you feel inadequate. The price is fair and the workmanship is perfect. In addition to, they manufacture and install their own product. So if there is a problem, you contact them, not the installer who contacts the distributor who contacts the manufacturer. One call does it all.

I had a front door, sliding patio door and 6 windows of varying sizes replaced recently. Installation took a full day with a 4 man crew, and everything looks good!

Communication from the installers and from management were great too. There was a slight mishap with the frame of our new patio sliding door (one side of the frame was shorter than the other) but the installation crew let us know, and that they would go back to the fabrication facility to get a new one. The new, correctly sized frame was obtained and installed a few hours later!

The installation crew were courteous and cleaned up nicely after they were done with their work. I'd recommend this company if you're looking into getting new windows/doors.

I wish I could give double the stars! I can’t say enough or give enough praise to Energy Shield and I work for a competitor window company. My husband and I are building and my company couldn’t get us the windows to meet our deadlines so we had to rush and find another vendor that could deliver within 3 weeks but not only did they deliver great looking quality windows their customer service was nothing but excellent from Jake to anyone we spoke with to the installers. I am sooooo happy with Energy Shield because they really care about your beginning to end experience.

They have a big manufacturing plant west on I-10. The process was easy from beginning to the end. The office staff I would rate 10**. They were very professional. Ramon and his crew that came to do the install were very thorough, I would also give them a 10**.

Truly a good experience from the sales to installation. I had 19 windows replaces on our house. The tinted energy efficient windows look great. Installers were efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and quick. The stucco repair around the windows was done well. I would highly recommend this company.

WOW sums up my experience with Energy Shield Windows. From sales to the install. Being a single woman, all my concerns with a major home improvement were addressed so I knew that I had picked the right company. The windows and the new entry door look amazing and I have gotten multiple comments from neighbors on how nice my house looks. The install crew, Julio and Alex, were the best. They went above and beyond in the detail work to make my windows look like they were part of the original build on the inside. They took their time to get the entry door completely sealed. I can't believe what a difference there is having the new windows and door. I could tell immediately how much less noise was heard from the outside. The windows are cool to the touch, where the heat on the old windows actually warped my wood blinds before I could get them down before the install! In summary, job well done guys!

Over the past year or so, we have had various quotes to replace two patio doors that were original from the 70s and one they was new when we bought the house but never quite worked right. With each company that came out, there was always something I wasn’t comfortable with on the bids ranging from cost, feeling like I was being oversold, lack of security options or quality to the point I about gave up. Then a neighbor replaced their patio doors and recommended Energy Shield so I setup an appointment and figured it wouldn’t hurt.

Starring with the consultation, they were on time, courteous and presented various options within our budget. They assisted in narrowing down the choices to meet our needs. They even recommended we keep the newer patio door and they would fix it and replace the screen for a much lower cost than a new one.

We placed our order and waited about 4 weeks for the doors to be ready as every door is custom made. When the doors were ready, they were able to schedule the install very quickly.

The installation went very smooth. The crew was amazing! They were very professional and self sufficient. When they were finished, they cleaned up so well inside and out that, if it wasn’t for the pretty new doors, I never would have known they were here.

Finally, the doors themselves. They are wonderful! Once they were done, I told my husband this is what all home improvement projects should feel like. They look great, work great, you can feel the quality in them, the locking mechanism feels secure, the screens seal up really tight and all at a very reasonable price point.

I highly recommend Energy Shield Windows and Doors. It was money very well spent and I am looking forward to the savings we will realize in electric bills to come.
