EngageCRM is really robust and easy to use! Patti’s training walks you through step-by-step on how to setup and use the system. I love that you have landing pages built-in for use. My experience with EngagemoreCRM has been incredible. It has so many useful CRM features but what is really unique is the amount of relevant content in the form of landing pages, email templates, text templates and associated campaigns. This system is ready to use right out of the box. The content is obviously an organized dump of Patti Sampson's years of experience in the Real Estate business. It is entirely customizable so if you want to make changes or to personalize it, that is done through easy to use editors. But wait, there's more. There are literally hundreds of training videos. One set of training initially walks you through the basics of loading your leads and sending an email/text campaign. Then there is more training for just about every detail you would care to know. I cannot recommend this system and Patti enough. Kudos to her for a job well done.
