My mother in law, had an appointment there. It took here almost 40 minutes to get there. She was running a little late. She, got there and the receptionist said she had to reschedule. Which wasn’t the problem. The receptionist was so RUDE, she obviously doesn’t know how to talk to people. She, and several other family members will never do business there because of her rudeness. The visit was in October of 2018.

I'm not sure why this place only has 2.5 stars it should have 5. I had a great experience here the staff explained my treatment in detail and took the time to make me feel comfortable during my procedure.

They were nice and professional. I did ask for information on skin tag removal, but wasnt provided with any. Had a basal cell growth removed. Dr. Paulson explained everything clearly.

They are very knowledgeable and don't waste time wanting to move forward with treatments. The staff is very caring and helpful.

I've really enjoyed Traci, the PA art this location. She great at communicating, very thorough, and kind.

I advised the staff ahead of time that I would be paying cash as I did not have insurance. They said that was fine and quoted me a price for the visit. Appointment went as expected and I paid at the front desk left. Now they are reporting to my credit report that I owe them more money. They now tell me that I was only charged half up front. This place is shady, and they take advantage of you.

So grateful for this office, staff and Dr.
I brought both elderly parents in for a couple of things of question. We were in and out of there within 30 minutes (procedure included). Staff & Dr respected both of my parents so well and I’m beyond grateful for that.
