Way I see it, if you put money down upon receiving your rental up front.then that certain business should return money back into your account upon return"not 2-3 business days later business is business

Lack of information with these people. They told me my only option was a van and didn't explain a price difference based on vehicle. I was covered for 1 free day and I had it and extra day. I got a voice mail regarding the rental and that I was going to be charged a total of $43. However, I got charged 2 separate transactions. One $40 transaction and another $43 to cover for my rental and insurance. I gave it back with more than enough gas with nothing in return.

Great service. Left my phone in the car, lucky she found it before I left and gave it to me. That’s getting the job done. Thanks guys

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place has the worst customer service they are so unorganized! I had a reservation and I chose my pickup time and when I got here they did not have my car ready and they said it would take about an hour to get a car. This is ridiculous I was late to work and I will not come back to this location!

Rented a vehicle for a week, easy to hold vehicle online. Easy pick up. And drop off. No issues, rented with a coupon from AAA. So good savings

Had a fender bender with someone and his insurance covered me for a rental. I rented it for only a day and they told me I didn't have to pay anything other than the taxes and fees. When I returned the car they told me it was $12.03. I didn't think much of it since I was in a hurry until I realized later that 12 bucks is too much for a 30$ rental. I didn't buy anything extra or return it with less gas than it had. My estimated taxes and fees were 6.25 on an email they gave me so how did it end up almost double? Great customer service by the way. Everyone was friendly in there but the price did not look correct at all. No matter how good the people are in person, taking more $ than you should gives you an automatic 0 stars.

I recently rented a car from this location. The customer service agents were all friendly & accommodating. I felt welcomed from the moment Brandon picked me up from my residence. Walking into the building I was greeted by smiling faces. I am very satisfied with the service I recieved. I will definitely be using this location in the future.

The manager took a debit and license that were not the same and rented me a vehical the last time I was there. This time even though I brought the person my girlfriend of seven years they said they would not do it cause the names didn't as far as my license and her card. I got mad cursed at him and he cursed at me. I also apologized to him. Yet since he did this he didn't apologize to me I'm not worried about the car I doubt I'll ever use your service again for the calibur of person that you have as management.

Alexis was super nice and BEYOND accommodating. I was in and out as fast as they could manage. Pick up took a while, but drop off was a breeze. But I don’t care that I waited because Alexis was amazing.

Surprise its enterprise! Corny i know but the service at enterprise rent a car is all but that. Their customer service is great as well as timely and efficient.

By far the best place to rent a car! People are very friendly and quick to serve you. I only rent cars from this place.

This place is a joke! I rented a vehicle from here with expired tags that I did not notice for a week and the manager gave me a free 3 day rental. Now on vacation and trying to use it I get shot down by the girl manager (not Jamie) who sounds like she should be working at a Forever 21, refused to give me the managers email address and THEN hung up on me! I had to call 3 times after for someone to answer. I am VERY disappointed and did not receive the car rental I was promised. This is bad customer service.

I wish I could leave A+ reviews everywhere! Never in my life have I had such a wonderful experience with a rental company. Super kind, accommodating, got me into the perfect car for my needs, and when I turned it back in, Jay Smith went over and above to ensure that my transaction was smooth & everything was taken care of to benefit me and make sure my afternoon ended on a positive note. If I ever need to rent a car, again, I will go straight to Jay. THANK YOU!

Front desk worker, who’s name I’m completely blanking on was extremely nice and patient with me. Tyler was also very accommodating and tried to give me a car I was completely comfortable with. Even when they didn’t have a smaller car for me to rent, he informed me that if I wasn’t comfortable I could swap at any other enterprise for a smaller vehicle which I didn’t know since it was my first time renting a vehicle but both employees made it an extremely satisfying experience and both cars I received at this enterprise and the other enterprise were extremely clean. A plus about this enterprise that I noticed compared to the other location was that Tyler took his time walking around the vehicle to make sure there wasn’t any scratches that I would get dinged for later, the other location didn’t do this and they were not busy at all! They are a smaller office so it does tend to get busy so I recommend for the best experience to be patient with them. But this place is a 10/10, highly recommend!

Enterprise has always taken care of me if I need a short term rental vehicle. At this location, Ardavan provided great customer service and was very professional and accommodated my requests! If anyone deserves a promotion, it’s him! 10/10!

I will never go to any enterprise again in my life, because of this store right here. I never had a problem with enterprise in the past and when my car was in the shop, with my dealership for 2 month's, they recieved a hefty amount through my warranty. I had a reservation to rent a car, when I walked in a gentleman proceeded to help me, as I was speaking to him, and he pulled up my information his manager immediately looked at me from 3 computers over and said they didnt have any cars. I guess this was indicating the guy helping me could not do his job. He didnt pull the file or even say that on the phone. As a matter of fact i spoke with the office before making the reservation and they had cars left. They are racist and believe that you have to sit there and take it. No.not me. I refuse. I went right to Avis and received a rental. Save your time and money and the next time they turn away your buisness because they are racist let them. They will be shut down soon. Thank you Avis for doing your job! Customer service was awesome! Why would I ever go to enterprise again!

They are dishonest! I don't know why Bill Luke would want to be in the same boat as Enterprise! Workers are rude. They are dishonest! I only go there because I have a rental car warranty and Bill Luke covers it. If not for that I would not go!
