Started my day off family emergency call needed last min rental to leave out of town. Called this location after trying all day with other locations. Tom picks up the phone and listen to my problem regardless there about to close without rushing me. Makes me a promise that he can make it happen by 10 am. I go there at 10 any everything that I had requested was there. I got to my destination on time helped my family it was perfect timing. I had no hassle renting or returning. I got a great price also. I definitely would recommend this place. Ask for Tom he's awesome.

Very upsetting. Rented a car that was supposed to be clean the car was dirty inside they had plenty of cars to change but no this was suppose to be a upgrade. Never received my refund that i suppose to get back. Spoke to several different people and they keep giving the run around. Think twice before you go here.

Was in an accident and my insurance is doing the worst job. It was a super easy process once the details on my end were confirmed. Super friendly and understanding staff. Will rent from here a gain in the future.

My rental car has a flat and discount tells me enterprise has no record of the cars vin. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The people who help you are the best. They go out of their way to make the bad situation that the company created not stop their good service. The facality that they have to use is awful. Costumers can't go inside because the building belongs to another company. The enterprise office is not available to customers. We have to wait outside in the sun weather. It's a good thing that you have such good people working for you or I would go somewhere else.

Very nice people, checked out, checked in, charged correctly. Can't ask for more except maybe a free car or an upgrade to a car with a brand name that I can't even pronounce.

Worst car rental experience of my life. After making a reservationI was called a few days before to confirm. They told me because of our out of state licence we could not rent from them and canceled our reservation. Because it is a busy weekend we couldn't find any other rental cars. My husband then called corporate, who told us that their cancellation was indeed wrong and that they would call this independently owned enterprise and make them honor their reservation. Due to the busy weekend service king told us to bad we don't have any cars, I am assuming the cheap rental car we had was jacked up on price and rented to someone else. Corporate then apologized profusely and said that they were so sorry this had happened and service king would do nothing. Do not use them ever! Now my husband and young son will have to Uber around the city.

The lady we made reservations with on Sunday dais we could change our reservation on Monday if we wanted to. When we asked the lady who took care of us, she was rude And not very accommodating at all to our needs. We wanted to the return the vehicle early, but found there was no early drop off box and have to be there in person to drop car off. We are out of state so what are you to do if there is an emergency to leave and No one here to do it for you

First of all I can't say enough good about Enterprise. I know, no one is perfect, well they are willing to admit when they aren't and fix it.that happens company wide.we love this location because it is convenient, but those employees at that store exemplify professional customer care! You can't pay for that, although most of us try. You won't be sad you choose the Enterprise inside the Service King!
