Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Tucson AZ

I have been drinking cars from there a lot of years but it was denied today because I had a Visa debit card $1,600 in it but I have to have a credit card to rent the vehicle so I was kind of bummed out and had to walk all the way home in his Heat which really was bad but I made it he's trying to help me but he kept taking phone calls and kept talking to other customers and making reservations when I stood at the counter for 30 minutes wedding my turn when I was next so yeah I will never go there again they suck

Great service. I love picking up a car mid town, and not having to drive to the airport. The selection wasn't that great when I rented, but that's understandable. I wish they were open till 7pm and not 5pm.

I rented from this location twice and Ashton James made everything super simple and smooth. He also addressed any concerns that I had and made me felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a worker. Thanks for you help James! I will see you on my next rental!

Perry Shazier and this Enterprise location provided me with super fast, fantastic service! Perry explained the optional coverages without the high pressure sales pitch you often get with the other rental car companies, plus he asked me other key questions to see if I qualified for a better rental rate, and I did, saving me money! Enterprise sucks! The customer service here is terrible. Do not go here. Budget is way better for car rentals.

Extremely competent, efficient, and friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Our second time with this enterprise location and we’re just as pleased as the first time.
Anthony checked us in and was super helpful and affable. I had made a mistake on our reservation and Brooklyn, the manager, was able to fix it immediately.
We were very happy with our car and the return was really easy and fast. Brooklyn and Anthony remembered us at check out, which made us feel special and really shows how consistently excellent their customer service is.
